I found that it was very hard to rinse out, but overall not bad my hair was very soft. My daughter has very thin hair and said she really enjoys this product

Sadly this didn't work for me. I'm always on the hunt for more volume but only a few products actually do it for me and my fine hair. This only made the shorter (newer) hairs stand up straight but the rest of my hair looked the same, maybe slightly greasier than before using this product.

Too heavy and it weighed down my fine hair. I generally like a conditioner that moisturizes my hair but doesn't cause it to look oily and heavy the next day. Perhaps this is better for someone with super dry hair.

Unfortunately, I tried this product and had a bad experience with both it, and the shampoo. I noticed upon using it, it doesn't smell pleasant at all. It had an undeterminable smell that was weak and stale. It's consistency and rinsability was fine, but I had a very difficult time getting my brush through my hair after using it. It did not have the effect on my hair that I look for in a conditioner.
