These have a red coating that has a sweet taste to it when it hits your tongue. I prefer to take capsules though, and find capsules easier to swallow than these. They are smooth and go down easier than the white caplet though. Both my Mother and I do get a reaction to the red dye though, and we both avoid any product with red dye. It is a trusted name and I just have to take another kind. These did work fast though and maintained pain relief for about 8 hours. I always have a bottle in my medicine cabinet. I have tried generic and name brands but always go back to Tylenol. Easy to swallow tabs which take affect within half hour. The only brand my husband and l rely on. Yes the bottle is a bit pricey but worth it❗

I suffer from sever migraines and this is one of the very few products that will help me. The price is a wee bit more expensive but the way it works is amazing. It may be a bit stronger for people who normally take a regular strength tylenol, but for migraine pron people like me, I take two of these and I am good to go!

I tried Tylenol Ultra Relief though on headaches EZtabs and I was impressed! Ive been getting severe headaches, almost migraine type. One night I had one of those headaches and used the 2 EZ tabs from a pkg I had received in the mail as a sample, not even 35 minutes later gone! Wow! That was so good that know I got a bottle and use them whenever those overwhelming headaches comes on!
