I am not one for pads in general but after having my daughter I couldn't use tampons. I tried other pads but the other ones were uncomfortable, leaked and made me feel like I was wearing a diaper. Love these!!!!! They are my favorite overnight pads ever!! They have a great length! They cover me completely, and I do not leak at all, they are AMAZING!! They are quiet when I walk, which is a problem I seem to have with some other pads. I love the packaging and the pad design. The price is great as well! I love these pads! Definitely recommend them!

These pads are worth every penny, they are very absorbent and super comfortable. They are the only pads that I will purchase from now on.

For years I had a very heavy flow and could never find a pad that worked at night the way the kotex u works.
I have never had a problem with leaking since I started using them and I find them a lot more comfortable than a lot of other pads.
The night time ones are great and the heavy flow for the day work amazing as well. Since I started using these I don't buy any other brand of pads

I am a person who has a very heavy flow and has a hard time finding a pad that will move with my body as well as keep me protected and this pad does the trick... Also with the nice cotton it is made of it doesnt rub in your inner thighs like some you buy that make you sore by the time you are done your period... With these pads you can have a happy period, well as happy as you can be during that time of the MONTH LOL
