Calming the Rush of Panic is a really good book for helping you learn how to deal with anxiety and panic that some people struggle with everyday. I have had a few panic attacks in my life so I decided it would be good to get a book to help give me the tools on how to deal with panic attacks and anxiety because they are so hindering. This book has helped me so much, it teaches you how to meditate and how to be mindful in our everyday lives. I think that anyone who struggles with anxiety should definitely give this book a read.
