Even though this was priced reasonably, I saw no benefit to using it. My skin felt no better and it didn't save any time.
These are okay..... Not sure the vibration does anything but I will try them a little longer to see if it works.
I think this product does a great job at deep cleansing and exfoliating the dead skin. It feels very good on your skin and it's like a massage! However the downside of this product is that it's expensive. You get really little for what you pay, and I think you can definitely find something cheaper and better! I found that the product breaks easily, and it feels very cheap. For me, the battery cover falls off easily!
The Neutrogena Wave is supposed to 'deep clean' your skin and Vanessa Hudgens was even signed on to promote its sudsy, lathering qualities on television. Sure it cleans your skin, but I find that the overly-touted vibrating function did little to deep clean better than my usual facial cleanser, and it didn't lather much at all. The selling point of this product I think is the novelty of the vibrating machine. I did not find that it made considerable difference in exfoliating, deep cleansing or increasing circulation to my face. Actually, this product left parts of my super-combination skin particularly dry and uncomfortable, which discouraged me from using this product too often. Although the machine is waterproof, I abhorred the refill pad packaging, as the inner plastic bag is non-resealable and the cardboard box does not look like it can keep the pads from drying up very quickly. Sadly, I admit that I fell for the hype and got duped into buying this product. I would not buy the machine or the cleansing pad refills ever again. If you're the kind of person who's happy always being first to wait in line for new gadgets like the iPad or the PS3, then this might be for you. If you're really lazy and can't be bothered to move your hands in little circles to wash your face, then this product might be for you. Otherwise, I'd say skip this product and spend your money wisely elsewhere.
I think the best word for this product is, "meh".
You get the vibrating unit with 14 cleansing pads for about $20 . After you have used the 14 pads (you use one a day I think), you have to go out and buy another package of cleansing pads for $10 . I used it for about a week before I pawned it off onto someone else that was curious to try it...and I handed it over without hesitation. It did make my skin a bit smoother but I found that the cleanser that they use in the pads was over-drying and caused me to break out. I have sensitive skin, so I was pretty much counting on that happening anyways. If your skin isn't sensitive, I can see this being an average product that works well enough.
When I started to use this product it made my skin sooo soft. It also removed makeup very easily and left no trace of oil or dirt. Sure, I felt it work after the first time... Until after about a week of usage my skin started to break out with a lot of whiteheads on my lower cheeks and forhead. I have stopped using this product a few months ago after this incident, and I still have tiny bumps to prove it! Yup, its a great product... for someone else.
