Received as a sample kit part of the shampoo and conditioner and I found both VERY hard to rinse out access from the hair. I found both shampoo AND conditioner left my hair feeling heavy and drenched in the products and I did not use more than usual....I found especially with conditioner my hair felt like the conditioner was not removed from my hair and stuck to my scalp, which was NOT a good feeling.

I received this as a sample and found it made no difference to my oh so dry hair. It smelt great but made no difference at all.
