White jumbo eye pencil

I used this for my waterline and also for adding colour on top of, the associate at Sephora assured me it would work well for this purpose but alas it applied so unevenly, it left little white chunks of itself or left nothing at all. Wouldn’t recommend.

Sometime I use it as eyeliner and sometime I used it as eyeshadow base. The colours are really pretty and long-lasting.
