I love the feel of this but I must say if my lips are very chapped it doesn't really do much to fix it . It's more of a good scented product with a non sticky feel to mask the dryness. Would not recommend for extreme chapped lips.
I have bought a few of them , good price and also good scents.

I used to be a huge fan of Softlips, but I find now that their lip balm leaves a weird coating on my lips, it is not just one kind either. I am not too fond of their lip balm anymore, I have moved onto EOS, I do want to try the new Softlips Cube to see if it is any better. However I personally would not recommend the old style tubes of Softlips.
