It is the best workout! Who knew pole dancing could be for fitness! They are very fun, friendly and most importantly, professional. I left there feeling better about myself. I ended up signing up for several levels!!!

I've been with Aradia Fitness for over a year and i absolutely love it! The instructors are great and the environment is welcoming and comfortable. I'm more in shape now then ever before and it's sooo fun at the same time. I would highly recommended Arada to every women. Oh, and they just came out with DVDs so you can practice at home! ... i bought a pole from them too :-), of course!

Honestly, when I first heard about pole dancing I thought it was only for strippers, but decided I was gonna give it a go to see what all the fuss was about. I LOVED it!! It's been about a year and I'm still taking the classes. I had such low self esteem after my breakup, but these classes helped me feel better about myself, the way I moved, the way I looked, and definately improved my muscular definition. I can now say I'm strong enough to lift myself up and climb a pole, funny thing but it takes an unbelievable amount of strength and it's empowering to say.
I love these classes and this company. The instructors make you feel at home and they make class so much fun you don't realize you're working out until the next morning when your arms are sore.
