I always had difficulty breathing through my nose and found out it was because I had a deviated septum and abnormally narrow air passageways in my nose. I found Dr. Fialkov online and was impressed by his experience and the before and after photogallery of some of his patients. Since I had to have an operation for my deviated septum I asked him to make my nose smaller at the same time. I figured if I was going to go through with the most painful procedure of my life, I might as well get something out of it and make my nose smaller at the same time because I'd always been self-conscious about it. Dr. Fialkov and his staff were amazing. He is the best doctor I've ever met. By the end of the whole experience he felt like a friend. He knew what was going on in my life, got along well with my boyfriend, and most importantly, made me feel really taken care of during the whole experience. He even called me at home the next day to see how I was doing. Just so you know, this is the most incredibly painful experience like I can't even describe.. but if you're going to do it, go to Dr. Fialkov. You won't be disappointed with the results or the level of care.
