I have tried it all within the downtown Toronto area and Fiorio at Yonge/St.Clair is by far the best. The colorist actually listen to you, the stylists actually care about you and the owners dont need your money that bad. I got a great color, great cut (Ask for Santos though they are all pretty good), and it was all for $105!! I used to go to Fiorio when I would do a lot of hair modelling for him (otherwise the price is insane). Fiorio himself is the most amazing man and he is a GREAT cutter. from his years of experience he definitly knows what colour and cut to do for your face, skin tone, eye colour, etc. his son is also really good and taking over the business soon. I went to stephen for colour, he did a great blonde, however, despite his years of being there as their main colourist i woudlnt call him the best. i would also NOT recommend going to see him. if you want a GREAT colourist go see Cindy at Robin Barker up the street on yorkville ave. she knows what she's doing. stephen just does it, no analysing of what kind of hair u have (porous or not ,etc.). regardless, fiorio is still a great place and maurice is fantastic! Fiorio Salon and Spa have 7 locations throughout Toronto. This is for the St. Clair and Yonge location. They have three levels of stylist ranging from $42 - $130 for women. They also do highlights and colour, same deal 3 levels with different prices. There are also a various of spa serviecs.
