This is a wonderful small personal training studio (it has since moved to 203 Place D`Youville) where you feel most welcome. The gym has a wonderful vibe, fantastic lounge music, awesome training programs, and first rate trainers, massage therapists and Yoga instructors. You will not be disappointed.
