Iam Yoga - Toronto

Really enjoy yoga especially hot yoga but wasn't able to find one in my neighbourhood that I liked. When iam opened last year, I was THRILLED and tried their free classes and then signed up for a pass at a discounted rate.

I've had nothing but great experiences there; the staff are warm and welcoming, the instructors are wonderful and the facility is beautiful.

Definitely check them out!

I have been hearing a lot about 'bikram' aka 'hot' yoga lately so I figured hey, I walk by this place let me try it.

I AM SO GLAD I DID!

Ladies, this place is awesome...beautiful waiting area (shoes off of course), very very clean changing areas/showers and gorgeous, HOT studio. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by a receptionist who walked me through the entire 'process' gave me a quick tour and just made me feel good about coming in. I took advantage of their $20 first timer pass which is good for a week-and that's an unlimited week by the way....

I won't lie...the class was difficult. I am new to yoga so some of the poses were tough. however, the instructor offered modifications and is constantly walking around the room to assist. Yes, its hot, yes you sweat...but so does everyone else. The lights are kept dim especially at the beginning and end of class.

Am I going back? You betcha-tomorrow....
