review Ladies, this place is a must! I came here based on the reviews of literally everyone who left saying that they had a great experience. I'm so glad I did! I got my haircut by Dino, who like everyone says is very down to earth, honest and helpful with questions you ask. I also went to Salon Crave today, after reading the reviews on this site. I was not disapponted. I had an appointment with Dino, who was great. Very nice guy, down to earth, honest with his opinions. He listened to what I said, gave me his advice, and I got a fantastic haircut. I have very thick curly hair, and I find it hard to find stylists who can work with my hair. I was very pleased, and the kicker was the price - $40. I'm used to paying a lot more for a lot less service. When it came time to pay, he swiped my VISA card and filled out the total for me, however when I told him that I had wanted to add a tip to the total (I had no cash on me), he wouldn't hear about it, and told me to worry about it the next time. I protested but he wouldn't listen. I felt so bad - he was so nice. I will definitely be going back, and I HIGHLY recommend this place. They all seem like really nice people. review Started going to this Salon Crave after readind reviews. It's great! I have been there a few times and must say I do enjoy it. I first went to Dino but he's always so busy. I have been to Jerry and Sandra and they both are great. Even upon my return Dino still takes the time to say Hello. You never feel bad to try someone else. Ladies - I just came back from a haircut on Salon Crave. Definitely a must to try and get a haircut from Tony as other people are stating below. He is Italian, very laid back guy and he has been with the industry for a while. While cutting my hair we talked for a bit and I asked him questions on what he is doing with my hair - and he gave some tips and that is important. I just got back from salon crave, and I LOVE IT!I went to this salon because of the reviews..I got my haircut with Dino and it was only $40-no tax what so ever. He was very good at cutting my hair, It looks stylish and make me looks younger (not that I'm old haha). He was so nice,very friendly, he didn't try to ask me to buy their product, he even said I could get the styling product from the drugstore. And, very bad of me..I forgot to pay for the TIP because i never paid by cash before, i usually pay either by debit or mc and usually other salon ask for the tip on the "machine thing" so I never forget !!!but he didn't ask nor did he gave me any irritating attitude(some people does it). I remembered I forgot the tip when i get home and i felt bad about it...Anyway, this salon is very recommended! This place rocks! Its a place were you always feel welcome and never feel rushed! I got tired of spending more money with less service at many other salons. Tired of ten people working on my hair and feeling pressured to tip them all! My Hair Stylist is Dino Nosella he is one of the owners at the salon. He still take the time to start and finsh his clients by himself. Never see that anymore!! He loves his work and you can sence it with any service! I've been going to Salon Crave since it opened. These guys were originally working at Sherway Gardens and made the smart move of opening up their own place. I get my hair done by Dino. Not only is he a fantastic hair stylist, he's a great guy (not to mention hot!) He always has great ideas and I'm never disappointed. This is a great atmosphere, not at all intimidating. There are no "pre madonnas" at this place!
