First of all, its probably one of the better meal replacement bars I've tried as far as taste goes. It reminds me of Chocolate Shakeology. The consistency though is half way between a mars bar and a mouth-full of powder. I tried to force myself to eat as much as I could but could only get to about 3/4 and I was done.

It is $11.49 for a box of 5 bars. I feel that this is too expensive.

I didn't enjoy the flavor and could only eat half a bar. It was too sweet and rich for me. I gave the rest to my family. My husband loves chocolate but didn't like the taste of the bars. He thought it tasted a little fake. My teens tried a bite and won't eat them.

It has 18 grams of sugar (corn syrup) in it. I've found better tasting, healthier bars with less than 1 gram of sugar and made with stevia.

thank you to chick advisor I had the chance to try before buy. unfortunately, I have had better tasting protein bars that do not have the horrible texture as this and other bars. the taste was good, but I had an issue with the whole texture of them.

I received Adrien Gagnon Decadent Fudge Nutriforme Bars from Chick Advisor and was very excited to try them. I've tried other meal supplement bars and I'm not always a fan of them. These bars were very dense and actually did leave me feeling fuller longer, but I found it a bit hard to get through the bar, as it was so rich and sweet. one thing I did really like about them though was the crispy bits inside. I felt like it broke up the richness of the fudge a bit. I think I would like to try them in another flavour other then just straight chocolate. Peanut butter would be a nice touch. I think it would definitely curb a sweet craving if you have them so I would still recommend them to anybody looking for a solution to curb hunger. They taste great, just super rich.

I must say I was expecting an indulgent flavor of decadent fudge, so when I tried these I was disappointed!
These tasted to much like a health food bar flavor so I wasn't impressed with it.

It's not a chalky taste but it does taste like a vitamin packed chocolate.

I don't think I'll be purchasing these in the future.

I was looking forward to trying these bars because I love chocolate, but unfortunately I was disappointed. They very much had that protein/diet bar taste which I don't really like. It is cool that it contains so many great vitamins though and if you don't mind that flavour, this product might work for you.

What I immediately liked about this product is the taste. It was smooth and had a mildly sweet taste of chocolate, and it wasn't chalky (as I have experienced with other similar products). It wasn't too sweet, and the product was moist enough to hold together without producing large amounts of crumbs while eating it. It was decently filling at first, but about half and hour later I was still quite hungry.

Overall I'd say it's a pretty good meal replacement bar (especially in comparison to some I've had in the past). I typically use these more as snacks to fill in the gaps between meals than as a meal as it really isn't that filling.

I have go-to protein bars that I use as meal replacements quite often - and they are usually pretty expensive. The price per Adrien Gagnon bar is much more competitive, and the texture/taste of these bars are great. The only reason I would not purchase again is that these bars really don't help if you're trying to limit sugar intake. At 18G of sugar per bar, there are a plethora of other bars I would rather eat.

I always find that meals replacement bars are hard to bite and chew. This one was no different. You still feel hungry after eating it. Not sure if I got anything out of it... Rather spend my money on granola bars.

this is just a meal replacement I guess it may be better than some of these replacement bars they taste good but there are other ones that are just as good
