Great for Oily Skin

I received this product complimentary in exchange for my honest review. I used this for a little over a week both morning and night and while a bit skeptical on using Clean & Clear as I never found it effective when I was a teen, I find this formula was fantastic. It was gentle and provided a great deep clean. It didn't overdry my skin and left my skin feeling clean and noticeably softer after a few days.

Foaming facial cleaner

I've been using this product regularly for days now, at first I noticed that I was breaking out even more, after a week of use I noticed my face started getting clearer. I will continue to use to see the full effects. If it keeps going the way it has been, it's going to work on my face. Easy to use, soaps up nicely, and washes off easy too. Has a nice scent to it also, not over powering at all

A Great Soap with a Gentle Scent

I loved using the CLEAN & CLEAR ESSENTIALS® Foaming Facial Cleanser. The cleanser is one of the more gentle types that I've used in the past, and it does a great job at removing grit and oils from my face after a long day. I also like that it is not too harsh, as I didn't experience much redness after using it. The scent is lovely, though a tad muted (and this is the one improvement I could suggest - make the scent stronger). Overall, a very good cleanser!

Clean and soft

Today I tried Clean & Clear Essentials Foaming Facial Cleanser. It is advertised to 'remove pore clogging dirt, oil and makeup without over drying'. My first impression is that it smells amazing! The fragrance is subtle and not overpowering. The scent is fresh but doesn't leave your skin overly perfumed. I am sensitive to strong smelling aromas, however, this scent is more fruity than perfume.
I initially tried using the product according to the manufacturers instructions: mix in hands with water and work into a lather before applying to face. I found this technique did not create a foaming effect so instead I used an electric face cleansing brush. This really allowed the product to foam.
The foaming facial cleanser left my skin feeling clean and not dried out which alleviated my concerns that this product would be too harsh for my skin. My skin is usually combination with an oily t-zone, however during the summer months it becomes drier. Since I tested the product during the summer I was worried my skin would feel tight and dry after using the Clean & Clear Essentials Foaming Facial Cleanser but surprisingly immediately after it felt soft and moisturized. This product is part of a 3-step regime which also includes a spot treatment and a moisturizer, it would be interesting to try the full program.
Pros - light scent, non-drying, clean and fresh feeling, soft skin
Cons - doesn't foam up as much as I thought it would
If you have tried Clean and Clear products in the past I would recommend trying them again as I feel this formulation is less drying than their previous cleansers. I would have rated it 5 stars if the product foamed more without the need to use an electric face cleansing brush.

The road to clear skin

Throughout the day, the skin on your face is continually being covered with bacteria, pollutants, dirt, but Clean&Clear;’s foaming facial cleanser can remove these, making perfect skin possible. I actually tried this alongside my 2 teens and we didn’t care for the smell, but it wasn’t horrible. We did like that it came with a pump, however we felt that it was very hard to dispense. It was messy as it was runny, and it did not foam very well especially considering it was used with a spin brush, but it is still more effective than a face was. My kids will continue to use though, in hopes for beautiful glowing skin one day soon! #gotitfree @ChickAdvisor @thisisbutterly @cleanandclearca

Good product.

A good amount of foam for all over lather. The scent is nice. I like the ones with the beads but they are harder to find. I use this daily in my morning routine and don't break out or dry pit my skin.

Stop paying ridiculous prices for acne management

After my third pregnancy my acne got severely inflamed and painful and nothing I tried seemed to manage it. I have read countless reviews of expensive skincare products and on a whim (and an extensive review of different brands) I decided to try Clean and Clear. The first week I did not notice any difference however since then my skin has dramatically improved. My acne is almost completely eliminated and the sensitivity has decreased as well. The scent is a pleasant one, and the feeling of the cleanser is almost gel like so I feel it doesn't just slip off my hands but I am able to really massage it into my skin. I paired the cleanser with the Clean and Clear Astringent and also the Moisturizer for a complete kit that cost me significantly less than the popular brands and effectively manages my skin. Definitely would continue using Clean and Clear.

Must try for acne sensitive skin

This is one of best cleanser of clean and clear, it is doing an amazing job on my acne prone skin. Leaves my skin feels smooth and free of impurities. It does amaze skin if you try it with clean and clear astringent and moisturizer.

Okay cleanser

Enjoyed using this cleanser at first, makes my skin feel fresh and wakes me up in the morning. Only complaint after a couple weeks of use it is drying out my skin and making my face feel tight, definitely on the look out for a new cleanser

Bubbly

I actually got this from a friend because she didn't like the fact that it foamed up so much...
I love that fact! It foams up and cleans in one sweep!\
Not only does it clean (you can smell the salicylic acid in it), but it also leaves my skin soft and supple afterwords.
Got to try product!
