This product cost me about $6 at Walmart.

After having been out all day & night I removed my make up with a Makeup Removing wipe from Clean & Clear. The cloths are like fabric & fairly thick. Unlike some other brands out there, this one cloth will remove my entire face makeup, even waterproof stuff. No need for a second cloth or wipe.

I then washed my face with E.L.F. Daily Face Cleanser (another outstanding product)
Then finished it all off with the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Gel Cream. (Excellent as well. I have already reviewed it too!)

I woke up the morning & my face felt "clean". Some cleansers & creams will leave you feeling greasy or dry or oily, but this combination of products left me feeling fresh faced. I didn't even need to do any prep before applying make up that morning as my face felt perfect!

Overall impression - Have used this many times before & will use it again. The only other product that I have found that comes close to this is Nivea's Makeup Removing pads but I can't seem to purchase them in Canada.

I had been noticing that make-up reside (mainly foundation and mascara) were being left on my face even after cleaning, so I went on a hunt for make-up remover wipes. I was specifically looking for wipes because they are handy for everyday use, as well as for those times you are in a rush or it is inconvenient (sleepover, camping etc.) to thoroughly wash your face.

I picked Clean and Clear because I almost always love their products – they don’t have super heavy duty acne medications in them so they do not irritate my face yet they truly do make my skin clear and refreshed. I love the clean tingle I always get using these products. Also they’re generally pretty inexpensive ….these cost be 7.99 for 25 wipes.

Anyway, the wipes are excellent. They remove all my make up (with the exception of a tiny bit of mascara … it says it can remove even waterproof mascara but I wouldn’t count on that because I don’t use waterproof and it struggles somewhat to remove even that) however since I am cleansing my face afterwards this was not a big deal. I was concerned that adding a new step to my skin care routine would irritate my skin but it is quite the opposite. The Clean and Clear leaves my skin feeling so clean yet not over dried and irritated. I have noticed a definite improvement in the condition of my skin since I have been using them – my skin must have been screaming for help as all this time I have been leaving make-up remnants. But, no more!

Oh my goodness! I am in theatre and we have to use this RIDICULOUS oily, greasy and overall not good for the skin theatre makeup that usually requires at least 4 scrubbings to officially get off. I signed up for the Clean and Clear website and they sent me an email describing this new product as well as a coupon. I thought eh what the heck and bought it. As it just happened, we were doing makeup in theatre and I wanted to try them out and all I have to say is OH MY GOSH! This product is amazing, it took all of the make up off with ONE WIPE. I just can't express my joy of not having to scrub like twelve thousands times. Overall, if this amazing Clean and Clear Makeup Dissolving Facial Cleansing Wipes can take off that nasty theatre makeup then it is a GUARANTEE that they can take off "street" makeup!
