I purchased the Coastal Tea Company Mango Tea, Loose Leaf Blend, 3.5 Ounces, Dried Mango Pieces, Peach Nectar, Sencha Green Tea because it is advertised as a sweet mango and peach tea. Sounds wonderful! The product is loose tea which is very nice and has chunks of mango and peaches in the tea. Still sounds great however; I made my tea and let it simmer as directed and could not wait to have a lovely cup of this tea. When I poured and smelled the tea, the only think I could smell was mint. This was disturbing to me, this is supposed to be a sweet fruit tea. I then went to taste the tea, the taste of mint was just as overbearing as the smell was. I was not able to taste any mango or peach at all in this tea as the mint was so overbearing it was like drinking a warm cup of mint. I’m not sure why this is even advertised as a Mango Tea since there is really no mango or peach for that matter that come through at all in the taste. I am very disappointed in my purchase as I was really looking forward to enjoying this tea as it sounded so delicious in the description. Unfortunately, I will not be buying this again nor will I but recommending it to others as it is very misleading.
