I was chosen to review this product and I think it's the bomb!!
I was a bit concerned when I opened the package as the scent was very strong, but it wasn't as strong once I got the bar wet and lathered up. I used it twice a day and have definitely noticed a difference in my skin. I usually need a good dose of a moisturizer after bathing but after using the Dove, I noticed less dry skin. I guess that's what the 1/3 moisturizing cream is all about.
Not only will continue to use it, I will tell my gal pals (even the not so dry skin ones) to give it a try.

This is my first time using the dove bar and it is amazing. It leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth and moisturized . I will for sure be buying this. Also it's a very good makeup remover lol. Thanks for selecting me

i was chosen to review this product by chickadvisor and i would like to say i love this product. it lathered really well. i felt as though this soap was cleansing my skin as well as moisterizing it. I am thankful for having to try this product before buying it. I wil definately buy it after trying it.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to review this product. Before trying this product I had dry patches on my arms and legs. Now those dry patches are gone!! It does leave a little film behind and I do need to rinse a little longer than usual however the end result makes it worth it. I also really love the smell. Thanks Chick Advisor!!

As part of the PRC received the product to review. Dove is a pretty great brand - don't think they have changed much since when I remember using them as a young child. The positives of the soap is for its super rich moisturizing affects. In comparison to other soaps Dove definitely doesn't dry out your skin as much - you skin feels silky soft, but without leaving a soap film on your skin. The one drawback may be it's scent. I personally don't mind the scent as it has a fresh smell, but for those that are sensitive to scents, may not be the best option (but I believe that they have a non scented version also). All in all would recommend Dove to anyone as it truly doesn't dry out your skin or leave a skin tightening residue - could be good for people who have sensitive skin too.

I have used other bar soaps in the past and always felt like I had a film left on my skin after rinsing and I found with Dove - no filmy feeling at all. The only downside is I find the scent quite strong and it does last quite a while after showering. Overall excellent product, I will be purchasing in the future!

Selected to test this product, I set out to use it for a few days to get a proper opinion of it`s quality and effectiveness. As far as bar soaps go, this one moisturizes very well. It`s easy to apply, lathers well and holds it`s general shape with ongoing use. We just had an experience with another company`s bar soap that flaked and fell apart, so this was a great example of what bar soap should be.

The major drawback is the overpowering scent (not even a great scent at that). I have a general disdain for things that smell that strongly and prefer more subdued scents. For those that have no scent-sitivities ;), by all means, this would be a great choice.

I think I will stick with my body wash on this one, after giving this a try.

Wow! I can't believe how much I LOVE this product. This is the first time in years that I've used a bar soap. The scent is wonderful-soft and feminine. This soap left my skin feeling soft, clean and moisturized with no feeling of residue that bar soaps can sometimes leave behind. I noticed a difference in my skin after about 5 days and just keeps getting softer! Thanks Chick Advisor for the chance to review the Dove Beauty Bar! I will definately be purchasing this product!

It was a very nice soap. It left my skin nice and soft, much softer than the other soap that I use. I do think that it is a bit pricey.

I decided to try it as part of my night time routine and found that my skin felt significantly better in the morning. It smells nice and lathers really well.
