The new dove bar works really well, it does leave you with that clean feeling. There was no slimy reside like other soaps. After I got out of the shower it felt like I was wearing lotion.
The dove bar is better than my usual one. It has more moisturizes in it which is nice, but the only bad thing about it is the smell was so overpowering. Even in the unopened box, it made my whole house smell like dove.
I would not switch to this bar, only because I cannot have that much perfume in my soap, but my husband loves it.
I will recommend this to my friends and other family.

When I first got the product, the thing that hit me was the scent. It was so strong that now everyday my bathroom smells like the soap really badly. So if you can't tolerate strong scents, don't go for this product.

Now I actually loved the soap a lot cause it came on easily, and when you wash it off, you don't get that streaky dry feeling that other soaps give you. This keeps your skin soft, and after I came out of the shower and dried off, my skin was soft as well and smelled nice.

It's worth a buy for sure if you're in need of soap that does more than clean

I tried this product thanks so being chosen to review it as part of the ChickAdvisor’s Product Review Club, but I don't think I would go out and buy it.

Yes, it makes your skin feel smooth when you use it, but I use regular dove soap and find I get the same results, for less money.

It's a great product, but I'll stick to the original.

I loved the way the Dove beauty bar left my skin soft, moisturized, and feeling clean. It has a great scent, not too overpowering like other soaps. Works well on sensitive skin too.

I would defintely buy it. A little more expensive than other soaps but well worth the money.

I haven't used Dove before but I liked it! It's pretty smooth and my skin felt pretty soft after I used it. Like the commercial says, some soaps leave a scummy feel after use but Dove doesn't. Well when I used it, I understood what they meant. My skin did feel less soap scummy which was awesome.

I generally prefer body washes so when I need to buy new soap I'll try the body wash and see what it is like. Overall I do recommend this product.

So I got the chance to try this product out, and I've been liking it so far. This soap has a pretty overpowering smell, it's not a bad scent though. It leaves my skin feeling really clean but it does dry it out a bit. I would recommend this as it is decent for a bar soap and it is very affordable!

When you first open the box, the scent is a little overpowering but dissapates within a day or two. Gentle on the skin but still have to give it a few days to see if it moisturizes enough to help dry skin.

I was initially a little taken aback by the exceptionally strong odor of the soap; I could smell it through the packaging. I have sensitive skin and break out easily so I was a little skeptical. However, once I opened the soap it didn’t seem so bad. After I used the soap my skin felt really, really soft and had a nice scent. With a lot of other brands my skin feels tight; not so with the Dove Beauty Bar. I am really happy that I was able to try this soap and I do recommend it to everyone, especially people with sensitive skin such as myself.

Big fan of Dove products and their beaty cream bar is one of my faves!! Aside from the soft amazing smell, it really does work its magic on my skin!! My skin doesn't feel tough, nor do I feel any residue from the soap after I've used it. It leaves my skin feeling soft and smelling good!!
