Was Not a hit with Dinner

Well I found out very quickly that my family does not like pesto with pasta they did not enjoy this sidekick meal at all which we usually like all the pasta sidekicks. The Taste was not very good to me at all the kids didn't even really like the smell of it my hubby said please don't buy that again but at least he had a couple of forks full. I found that it was a sticky consistency and that it didn't taste very good

Some may like, but I would skip

I really like this new line of products, but this one was not my favourite. I like the idea of the flavour profile, however I was not a fan of the pasta. If I followed the directions on the package the pasta would be very undercooked. I find it takes significantly longer than what the package states. Perhaps this pasta shape just isn't for me.

It was ok

This was better than some but still not the greatest. Something about the flavor didn't do it for me. The fact that it took longer than the cooking time indicated is a downfall too.

Not my cup of tea

I was very intrigued upon hearing that this pasta was partnered with pesto, however this product fell a bit short of impressive. I found the aroma and flavor of basil was overpowering and ended up being the only flavor detectable. I was disappointed as pesto is a sauce/spread that I very much enjoy. I appreciate the opportunity to try this product, however, I will not be purchasing it. #gotitfree

A little bland

So grateful to have been given the opportunity to try this pasta. #gotitfree @chickadvisor I liked that it was a different type of pasta and not the typical penne, macaroni etc. We found it to be a little bland with the flavour. I cooked it longer than the 8 minutes as well because it was too hard to eat still. The serving size is enough for one individual only. I won’t be purchasing this product in the future.

It's okay

I wasn't the biggest fan of this one. I was hoping for a more garlic flavour but it fell flat in the pesto. I did try this with no additional ingredients but maybe if added with Chicken it would be more tasty.

Not for me

The Knorr Selects Roasted Garlic Pesto with Volanti Pasta was the first side dish in a pouch we tried that didn't have milk in the directions. It wasn't my favourite. The directions were easy to follow and the dish had a lot of aroma to it. It was a little watery for our liking, but that could have been user error! The noodles cooked up perfectly, as usual with the Knorr side dishes, but I wasn't a fan of the taste.

Average packaged meal

Nice to introduce some new flavours to packaged meals as I’ve been buying the same ones for a while now. My daughter didn’t like it much but my husband and I enjoyed it.

That smell though

I received this product for free in exchange for an honest review from Family Rated.

I'm not sure if it's the case for all of the varieties in this line of product, but the smell while preparing this one actually made my husband open a window. Fortunately, it tastes better than it smells. I'm not sure I'd purchase it again (especially as I'm the only one in my family who enjoyed it), but I'd try others from the same range.

Very small portion

I did not enjoy this. It didn't make nearly enough to feed for portions, even as a side dish. The flavour was also too strong. It wouldn't be worth it to buy this for my family
