This mascara is just okay in my opinion. I have tried other Lancôme mascaras and have been super impressed with the results. This one does make my lashes look darker and longer, however this is nothing any of their other mascaras cannot do and more. Plus, the wand gets kinda clumpy, which comes out on my lashes when I apply it.. For the price, I’d rather buy one of their others.

extra effort needed to remove

the mascara does a great job at lengthening lashes, but it takes more effort to remove it. You shouldn't have to work that hard...that's why I don't wear water-proof mascara

Not the best

I bought this mascara because Mel Thompson (one of my fave Youtubers) swears by it. While it does lengthen and volumize my lashes, it's also really clumpy and flakes terribly. It also made my lashes feel really brittle which wasn't great and as such, I can't recommend this product

Doesnt work for me

I had high hopes for this mascara after reading a few good reviews. Unfortunately it just doesn’t work for me. It does make your lashes look really thick and longer however it clumps quite easily upon application despite wiping the wand repeatedly. The biggest downside though is that it does not stay in place! I put it on in the morning to go to work and by lunch I have total raccoon eyes. I’ll have to keep looking for a fantastic mascara.

Underwhelming

This was a pretty disappointing mascara. The formula is pretty clumpy, so it's hard to apply. It also doesn't really make a visible difference, unless you apply like three coats. at which point it gets unbearably clumpy.
There are so many better mascaras out there, and this one just falls short.

Its ok

This mascara is pretty good. I would not say I love it, but I do not dislike it. It has a really big fluffy brush. Too big for my lower lashes. It gave nice definition to my lashes.

It's ok

Mine as well get a drug store mascara. Don't spend so much money if you can. Not my favourite Lancome Mascara.
The big tube makes it easy to find. I got free samples too with it and they're good. Curles my lashes nicely even without an eyelash curler.

I received Lancôme Monsieur Big Mascara free for review from Chick Advisor and Lancôme.
The packaging is ok, i find it borderline chunky. I'm used to dryer formulas but I didn't mind the more wet formula of this. I did experience some transfer to my lower lash line; but only before he the mascara set.
If you love a lengthening mascara the formula and applicator is good for this. But as far as volume, I will admit I didn't get what I was hoping for.
Not the best formula from Lancôme but it's still worth a try if you want dramatic length.

Wish it did better

So I received this product as a gift to review from chickadvisor , from my review headline it's safe to say I wasn't wowed by this mascara like I had wished.
Performance was just the same as any drugstore mascara out there, didn't live up to the claims of the packaging. It's really sad cos I really really wanted to love the product mainly because I have used a lot of superb product from this brand.....unfortunately will not recommend this products to friends. On concluding it did nothing great or even good for me.

Very similar to other, less expensive products

This stuff isn't bad, but I don't find it a whole lot better then some Rimmel mascaras ive used. The packaging and bottle itself it's really nice, it's very smooth and easy to apply but it did clip a bit on my lashes.
I received this product as a gift, but I will not purchase it for myself.
