Smells so nice.

The scent is what will captivate you with this product. I #gotitfree from Chick Advisor. I don't love that it's made with SLS, but do appreciate that it's a vegan product. A little bit does a super rich lather, but the scent is definitely what will make you want to buy it!

Great shampoo

love beauty and planet argan oil & lavender shampoo has an amazing scent, stronger than the conditioner, may be a little over powering to some, it was my favourite thing about this product (plus all the natural ingredients) and the bottle is made of 100% recycled materials! I had to use this product a few times before I reviewed it because then I really know how my hair reacts to it, It cleaned and helped with my frizzy hair a bit, but I had to use alot of the shampoo (LOTS) I have thick longish hair and I dont think this bottle will last long, most natural products dont lather and spread out as much as other products but it cleaned great, I will buy this product if it goes on sale #gotitfree

Soothing indeed

I was lucky enough to be chosen by ChickAdvisor to try out the 3 products from this line.

I've seen them around most recently in Rexall. While I don't have curly hair, it is frizzy.

I'm usually not a huge fan of Lavender scents, mainly because they're too overwhelming. But with the shampoo, conditioner and body wash, the scent doesn't linger too much.

I shower at night and in the mornings, my hair feels so incredibly soft. I would recommend using the conditioner as well, otherwise my hair would not be as soft. I'm really enjoying the 3 products and have been using them daily. Now that I've become used to the scent, I do find it soothing.

The body wash is also nice. It lathers up a lot and smells great.

I would certainly use this again and purchase once I run out. But I do want to try their other lines as well.

Tout d'abord,j'aimerais remercier ChickAdvisor de m'avoir sélectionnée. Afin de tester GRATUITEMENT la collection Smooth and Serene avec huile d'argan et lavande de Love Beauty & Planet (Gel douche,Shampooing et conditionneur).Ainsi que la compagnie Unilever pour cette belle opportunité.

Avant d'être choisie,je connaissais ces produits seulement de vue. J'avais pu les remarquer dans la circulaire de WalMart et Pharmaprix etc.La présentation des différentes gammes est attirante et ils sont disponibles en plusieurs formules selon le type de votre cheveux.

Les tops: Le shampooing a un parfum captivant et relaxant.Je l'adore!Sous la douche , il crée une mousse douce et onctueuse.Il est aussi anti-frisottis.Il répond bien à ces promesses.

Les flops: Mes cheveux sont un peu plus long à sécher.Il contient aussi des ingrédients tels que le sulfate,PPG,EDTA qui sont des ingrédients soient synthétiques ou en provenance du pétrole.Heureusement selon l'INCI ,ils y figurent à la fin de la liste.Donc,ils sont là mais à faible quantité.

En général,j'ai adorée mon expérience avec le shampooing.D'ailleurs, je lève mon chapeau à Unilever qui c'est donné comme défi d'être plus écologique.Je vous invite à visiter leur site internet pour en savoir plus.

Go and try it now!

This is a great shampoo not only for your hair but also for the environment! I love how the brand takes time and effort to ensure that the products don't contain any dyes or parabens and the ingredients are also ethically resourced. As for the shampoo a little goes a long way with it, the colour is quite different (almost a yellowish colour) and it is a little more liquid than the shampoos I normally use but I don't mind it. I find that the lavender scent in the shampoo is a little stronger than in the conditioner or even the body wash. But the scent isn't overbearing and it will not give a headache which is something that usually happens to me when I use strongly scented products. I don't think there were any major differences in frizz level after using this shampoo which was a little disappointing. But,I did feel that this shampoo didn't make my hair feel as greasy at the end of the week unlike other shampoos I've used in the past.

Overall I recommend this shampoo to people who are tired of using the same old shampoo and want to try something different. Not only is the scent great and the ingredients list is very small (no weird chemicals!) but its also great for the environment!

smooth and serene shampoo

I received the love beauty and planet argan oil and lavender smooth and serene shampoo from chick advisor for free as part of the product review club. The product is described as calming definition for frizzy hair which I really felt was true as the product was very moisturizing which was probably the result of the argan oil in the product. The lavender scent is present without being too overpowering and I think this is a perfect shampoo to use before going to bed or before relaxing as lavender has a very calming effect. I love that the naturally and ethically sourced oils and extracts are used because even though you may think oh its just shampoo what does it matter every little bit helps our planet. Love this brand and love this shampoo, thanks chickadvisor for introducing me to it.

Great Scent

Visually this product is very appealing to me. I love how different the bottles look compared to other shampoo bottles on the market. This shampoo smells amazing but not over powering at all. It was very pleasent to have my hair move throughout the day and being able to smell this shampoo consistantly. I look forward to trying this other products available in this line. I received this product free from ChickAdvisor for testing purposes in exchange of my honest opinion.

Lavender Bliss

I am a huge fan of anything lavender scented and this shampoo did not disappoint. Just like the conditioner and body wash, the smell is so relaxing and leaves my hair feeling fresh and clean for days. Also, kudos to Love Beauty And Planet for not testing their products on animals.

Bon shampoing !

En règle générale, j'ai bien aimé ce shampoing pour les cheveux. Il sent bon et laisse une bonne odeur dans mes cheveux pendant plusieurs jours. Il nettoie aussi très bien mes cheveux. Par contre, j'ai trouvé que mes cheveux venaient vite gras. Il faut donc l'utiliser plus souvent qu'un autre shampoing. Je le recommanderais tout de même à mes proches. J'ai obtenu ce produit gratuitement grâce à Chick Advisor !!

First impressions aren’t everything!

I received this product for free to review through the Product Review Club, and I’m really glad I didn’t review it right away based on my first impression. I wash my hair every day (I know, “Gasp!”, right? Well, too bad lol, it’s what I do) with the same shampoo brand I’ve used for years, full of good ole chemicals for “moisture”, which makes my hair stay soft and silky. So this was my first time switching to a shampoo made from plant-based ingredients (essential oils), so I didn’t know what to expect. Well, for almost the first week, here was my thoughts: it smells SOOO strong, and makes my hair feel like straw. But then I got used to the smell (very strong lavender smell, not chemical, but smells natural, just strong, from the essential oils), and now I love it, it’s one of my favourite things about my morning shower now. Mmm, lavender. I also realized over time that my hair started to feel less like straw. I don’t know a lot about the use of oils in beauty products, but what I do know is they’re meant to lock in moisture, not produce moisture. So my thought is, my hair was probably so dry on its own but I didn’t notice because of the chemical ingredients in my shampoo, but when I stopped using it and switched to this one, my hair feels as it truly is, so now that I’m using a more natural shampoo, my hair is becoming happier a little at a time. Does that make sense? Well, the moral of the story is, I just really like this shampoo now! So if it makes your hair feel like straw, don’t give up right away! It may soften over time, as mine did. (Also, use the conditioner every time you shampoo, that helps a lot too!)
