I like the product. The only thing i found wrong with the ones the I bought is A certain part of the lip they didn't stay on as long.

I was initially skeptical about the promises this product made but was pleasantly surprised after it delivered on them. It helped to conceal the cold sore & shortened the healing time as well. It's easy to apply & not very (if at al)l noticable. I was even able to wear lipstick over it.
My only issue is the cost. I found it pricey but had a coupon so gave it a try.

I was quite happy with this product. When I purchased it I was skeptical but it did what it promised.

My daughter suffers from cold sores. They are painful & she gets teased at school when she has one. Nothing has really helped. She just has to wait for it to run its course. These Polysporin Cold Sore Healing Patches are wonderful. The provide quick relief and make the cold sore almost invisible. Thank you so much! I love the Ploysporin Cold Sore Healing Patch. It's quick and easy to use and the results are amazing! I would definitely use this product again.

I typically get two cold sores a year if that, they are annoying but manageable. I'd normally have a small cold sore that after using topical creams wouldn't spread and would dry up on the third day and be nearly gone by the sixth day. I purchased this product because I like the selling features. I like the idea that I can wear makeup and it won't spread all while the Polysporin does it's job. Plus I typically bathe my cold sores in Polysporin anyway. Well it's day three, the cold sore has doubled in size. It spread to the size of the rather large circular patch. It's raging and white and is still swelling and painful at random times but definitely if I touch the lip. Since my cold sores never reacted like this before I became very worried, thinking I had some sort of bacterial type disease on my lip. That's when I started researching this product and found similar stories. I will continue using this product until I run out because now it definitely needs to be covered to protect the sore and my family, however, I can't say id buy this product again. I really hope it has stopped spreading.

Nothing worse then when you have something important coming up and get a nasty cold sore. I purchased these patches with slot of doubt. But fell in love. It helps get rid of the title associated with cold sores and due to the matte finish almost makes it disappear. Makes me less self conciliatory and easier more comfortable doing my job.

So first, similar to what another Chick has said, this is a product I wish I was unable to review, because that would probably mean I would have never had a cold sore, unfortunately I have had the opportunity and I'm so glad this product is available for this disgusting ailment!
I think the thing I love most about Polysporin Cold Sore Healing Patch is that it hides the disgusting cold sore, that alone is worth the price! I also love that I don't feel as paranoid about what is touching my lip. I can put my head on my pillow, drink from normal utensils and cups, instead of plastic ones (I refuse to take any chances!). As far as effectiveness, I'm actually surprised that Polysporin Cold Sore Healing Patches work so well! Usually my cold sores last over a week but this time it was about 5 or 6 days! I'm very pleased with this result. I found that I only have to change it about every 12 hours. I changed it when I woke up and then later in the evening, and I still have patches to spare.
Before choosing to purchase Polysporin Cold Sore Healing Patch I read reviews from fellow Chicks and now want to address the 2 bigger "complaints" that I noticed. As far as price, I really feel these are reasonably priced, you get what you pay for right? The other thing was removing the patch, although I read the instructions I choose to just use a couple wet Q-Tips to wet the patch which loosens it and it comes right off.
You Betcha I recommend purchasing Polysporin Cold Sore Healing Patch next time you get a cold sore!

Although these are a little on the expensive side, using these patches dramatically decreased the painfulness and the healing time of my cold sore. It also seemed to prevent the cold sore from getting any more swollen or increasing in size. In addition to getting rid of the cold sore faster it sort of made it less visible so I felt more confident than normal with a cold sore.

The only complaint I have about these patches is that the skin that came in to contact with the patch became very red and dry after use. I am willing to put up with that but be aware that you may have to use plenty of moisturizer to repair the skin!
All in all, this is a great product and I will continue to use it!
