This cream is great for people who don't have overly dry skin. It absorbs really well and leaves your skin feeling moisturized for most of the day. I love this in the summer time.

My skin is quite sensitive; therefore, it is never easy to find a facial product that will satisfy my needs. Overall I mainly use this mineral water gel as a base before applying face cream or sunblock. You might think my skin is very dry but it's vice versa. My skin is between normal to oily. What I have found is that by using the water gel underneath my cream allows a protection - making my face less sensitive and I apply less amount of the second cream. Also the reason why I apply sunblock is because the water gel does not have any SPF ~

I love this product! This cream feels clean and luxurious and a little goes a long way. It leaves little to no film on your skin, so you can apply primer or makeup right away. Love love love Vichy!

This product is great to use at night before bed you wake up with smooth fresh skin. I found it worked best if you didn't fully rub it into your skin and let it sit and absorb it felt much smoother.

J'adore cette creme. Très légère à l'application et effet non gras. Très bonne odeur aussi. Cependant, ce n'était pas assez suffisant comme hydratation pour mon problème de peau très sèche.
    A recommander c'est sur.

    WHAT'S ADVERTISED

Vichy Aqualia Thermal Light Cream is advertised as an effective way to hydrate your skin for up to 48 hours and restore the balance of normal to combination skin with a lightweight touch.

The innovative gel-crème contains Activ Hyaluronine™, a combination of hyaluronic acid and lipidure that is proven to infuse lasting moisture. This key ingredient is micro-encapsulated and delivered as part of a continuous system of hydration, which lasts for up to 48 hours. The fresh and quenching cream strengthens the natural protective function of the skin and soothes discomfort.

    THE REAL SCOOP

This was a decent cream - I loved the light consistency of it, but felt that it would be even better if there were more anti-aging properties coupled with it. The cream is a beautiful light gel that goes on smoothly and dries quickly, but on its own it does not "wow". It's okay for summer but doesn't address the fine lines from dehydration or plump up the skin as much as I have experienced with other creams in this price range.

    BOTTOM LINE

It was not offensive, did not cause allergic reactions, and does have the beginnings of a good cream, but for me personally it's not a "holy grail" product. It's okay for slapping on after the gym but not hydrating enough or effective enough to use night and day. I would re-purchase as a light summer cream but not as the only piece of my skincare routine.

We had some extra Vichy Aqualia Thermal Light Creams lying around in the office, so I brought one home to test out. Although the cream is very moisturizing, it also feels nice and lightweight. It seems like a good cream for summertime when your skin isn't too dry. However, I can imagine the scent might be too strong for some people as it lingers for a while after application.
