Would buy again!

I will 100% be purchasing Catelli gluten free pasta again. I loved it! I bought it to try something new and it tasted like regular pasta! I do not have a gluten allergy but love to try alternative types of foods. This one was a winner!

This pasta wasn't too bad however I could notice a difference. It just had a different texture I found.

It tastes really good and you can't even tell its gluten free! You cook it exactly the same way you would regular pasta. I would like it if they made it without white rice to make it a little healthier. I like that its not an expensive gluten free product like you would expect. Its actually the same price as their other pastas, which makes it a lot easier for families to enjoy as often as they would regular pasta.

I was a bit skeptical at first, however to my surprise I really enjoyed the gluten free pasta. It was all denote within ten minutes and the taste was great. The pasta can be on the pricey side but I look for coupons or when the pasta is on sale at the grocery stores. I have recommended this pasta to friends and family who are gluten sensitive.

Catelli's new line of gluten-free pasta is a welcome product to those with gluten allergies. With a blend of white and brown rice, corn and quinoa, Catelli's gluten free pasta cooks up more like "normal" pasta than those made with just rice flour. The whole family enjoys the taste. The cost is pretty good for a gluten free product.
