Big tip: Do not use the whole seasoning packet when eating this. You can normally get away with that with a noodle soup because the leftover broth can be poured down the sink after. Not the case here. All the water that you add to this will be absorbed by the rice - as well as every other seasoning that you add to it. If you check the sodium content...well, you will understand why.
Nevertheless, the addition of actual cooked fish in a ginger broth is a welcome change from the usual. All of this cooks quickly in a minute (it doesn't actually need the three). Quick meal that can be taken anywhere and needs only a glass of hot water to cook. Inexpensive and good.
