Wow! What a find in the King West neighbourhood. The narrow storefront from the street is very deceiving; it's very deep inside with 2 floors packed with upscale furntiure, window blinds, superb choice of drapes, and lots of unique, eclectic decor items. They have an especially great selection of furniture for condos & small spaces ; in fact they have a copyright on the name "CondoSize". Frank & Yvonne are very knowlegeable, with great design sense and bend over backwards to make every customer feel special. We ended up furnishing our entire living room as well as getting some fantastic custom drapes and are getting heaps of compliments. Best of all, the prices were fantastic; We spent half of what we expected, so we ended up buying a new bed and even more. We highly recommend this store and can't wait to go back for more.

I've passed this place a million times and never gone in. I figured it would be over priced with limited selection just because it is in the heart of downtown Toronto. One day my husband and I decided to go in and take a peak anyway. We were pleasantly surprised on a number of levels.

First, the service is excellent. Co-owner Yvonne went out of her way to help us find the perfect fabric for some throw pillows for our place. We had a designer recommend something but though gorgeous was totally out of our price range. Yvonne took the fabric swatch for a few days to see if she could find something in similar style and colours. In the end she found us something from Amy Butler that matches the colours exactly but a fraction of the price.

In general, owners Frank and Yvonne say they can order whatever you are looking for. They cater to smaller spaces like condos so if you are looking for a nice smaller couch or any other piece of furniture, they have a nice selection or they can order you pretty much whatever you are looking for.

Second, the prices are quite reasonable. Generally you can haggle at a furniture store but here... not so much. They had two Barcelona style chairs in off-white that we really wanted. They were listed at $700. We tried to barter but they said they couldn't because they were selling them with very little margin. We had shopped those chairs around quite a bit and found them as low as $500 but they did not look like good quality. The ones we bought are quite nice, so for $700 they are probably worth it. That tends to be the case with a lot of their stuff. The prices are as low as they can make them to begin with so you aren't dealing with inflated prices that you have be an expert negotiator to knock down.

In the end we bought the two chairs and 2 kinds of fabric for 6 pillows. I'm sure we will buy many more things from Frank and Yvonne in the years to come. Great store. Highly recommended!
