I loved this product and most of all loved the smell of it. I would happily use this as a body oil sometimes on my legs just because of the gorgeous exotic scent. This is a bit too oily for my oily hair but I can see this working great for someone with dryer hair that doesn't need to be washed every other day. I would repurchase maybe if it was on sale for a good price but probably wouldn't pay full price for this.

I am pretty new to the dry oils especially the one for hair so I was excited that I got to try this out. I am a normal girl who uses shampoo and conditioner with the occassional use of mousse, gels and hair sprays so dry oils tend to scare me a little bit because I think it will be messy but I have to say that this was easy and no messy.

I used 4 pumps because I have long thick hair and what I did was divide my hair in half and rubbed two pumps into my palm for one side and repeated.

I loved the smell and I wash my hair daily so espeically in the winter it tends to feel dry and frizzy but this worked perfectly. It wasn't heavy on my hair and it didn't dry it out either. In fact I found that it smoothed it out.

Love the feel of this dry oil on hands and also in hair . Love using this with the shampoo and conditioner. My hair is soft and manageable this line is wonderful would buy again

I have not tried dry oil on my hair again and I don’t think it is would something that I would normally use on my hair. My hair goes greasy fairly easily and I found this product just too heavy for my hair. Maybe as a once in a while treatment but not something I would use regularly. I did think it would work well on other hair types.

I do not think I would purchase this product again as its not something I really use but I would recommend it to friends especially those with thicker more unruly hair.

I was able to try this product for free from Chick Advisor for my honest review. I have never used oil hair treatments before, and thought it might be messy and a pain. But this was not messy and very easy to do. It was amazing for my hair! I always get very dry hair if I wash it too often and I get very frizzy hair, well this treatment did wonders for my hair and smelt great too! I am definitely going to be treating my hair with this oil from now on!!!

(I received a free product in exchange for my honest review) The first thing I noticed about the Dove Pure Care Dry Oil Nourishing Hair Treatment with African Macadamia Oil was the lovely packaging giving it a high end feel . The pump works well though the bottle is quickly hard to hold in oily hands. I might suggest frosting the sides for grip because I love the glass bottle. I used the Dove oil as a pre-shampoo treatment leaving it in for a few minutes before washing. I found my hair had more body and manageability after adding this to my hair care regime. The scent to be very pleasant baby powdery. I love this product because it has improved the look and feel of my hair which makes me so very happy. #ExperienceDove

I was not a fan of the smell st all. It did nourish my ends and was great for adding shine. I would have used it more but didn't like the smell so if it macadamia and coconut oil! Then I would purchase it thankfully and gratefully I received this product for absolutely FREE from the #ChickAdvisor Product Review Club @DoveCanada #ExperienceDove which is always a bonus for a girl who loves to try before she buys!

I really enjoyed using this product. I was very luxurious for a drugstore product. The packaging was very nice, it came in a box and the product itself is in a glass bottle. It is a thick oil that spreads well. The directions recommend 3-4 pumps of oil, but I found that to be too much for my hair (shoulder-length, fine). I found 2 pumps to be more than enough. It was very conditioning, and my hair felt silky after using it. I would suggest to only use it on the ends as I think it would make the roots look greasy. A good rule to use with hair oils is to only apply it from your ears downward. I received this product for free as part of the Chick Advisor product review club. This is my honest review.

I like this hair treatment product. Its great for people like me who have damaged hair. It makes my hair soft and shiny. My hair feels very nourished after using this product.

Was slightly disappointed in this product. Compared to other like products it falls short I found it didn't live up to the hype. My hair didn't feel any more nourished or soft and I wasn't fond of the scent and feel.
