Dove soap to me is perfect for my face and I give it a 5 in all three categories. The fact this soap contains no chemicals is very important to me. I have dry patchy skin which needs to be constantly moisturized and often soap will leave my face feeling extremely dry and flaky after use. With the dove containing 1/4 moisturizer , this definitely did not occur. Though I did use a make-up remover for my eyes, the soap effectively cleansed the rest of my face and successfully prevented any black or white heads or blemishes. I did not need to apply my usual moisturizer after cleansing as my skin already felt soft , smooth and clean. The bar soap was very simple to use and always felt more like a moisturizer than soap when water was added to the bar. I loved trying Dove and highly recommend this soap to those who prefer a bar soap to body wash. The only pet peeves I find with all bar soaps is needing to clean soap dishes after usage, dropping slippery bars in the shower, and other family members using my soap in the shower, all of which are the reasons I will remain using the Dove Body Wash instead. .

Makes your skin feel so soft! I love washing my hands with this and them not feeling dry and tight afterwards! Nice light scent as well.

I absolutely loved this product. My skin did not feel dry but quite hydrated. The soap felt very creamy while I lathered it and the fragrance of it is not overpowering. I will definitely be buying this as a regular for now on.

Well before this product arrived we used a different Brand of soap. Needless to say we both fell in LOVE with this soap! It left our skin soft, and the smell was great(not over purfumed!). We are officially becoming Loyal Dove Soap Users :)

The performance of this Dove Beauty Bar is very soft and creamy.It left my skin so soft and moist and luxuriously emollient. I would buy this and would recommend it to friends and family.

I recieved the original beauty cream bar from Dove through the Chick advisor product review team.

I've been using it on myself as well as on my 2 little ones for a couple of weeks now and although I find the smell to be very strong the bar itself is overall pleasant. We have fairly hard water and live in a pretty dry climate so the extra moisturizer was a nice switch from our regular soap brand.

While the scent is very strong it's not unpleasant. Just very strong which is a little much for people like me who prefer light or unscented products. I noticed that dove makes an unscented beauty bar the last time I was at the store so I'm going to try that one as well as the sensitive skin option to see if I like either of those more. Aside from the strong smell this is a really great product.

I loved the Dove Beauty Bar! It was creamy, lathered really well, was clean smelling without any unpleasant film left on my skin.
I really like this soap as it has a pleasant clean smell without being overwhelming. I intend to take this Dove bar with me camping as washing with it will help keep my skin moisturized but not attract the bugs.
It's really convenient to take along as you don't have to worry about leaking, I had moved away from bar soap as they were drying and body washes just seemed like a better idea but because of the Dove beauty bar I'm going back to bar soap.

I received this dove bar sample as part of the review club. As someone who uses mostly bodywashes at present, I was extremely pleasantly surprised at the results.The soap had a pleasant scent, lathered well and made my skin feel very moisturized and soft. This product will mostly replace my bodywash in the future.And the best part is its so gentle and light scented that its great for my whole family to use.

I loved the Dove Beauty Bar. It left my skin feeling clean and soft, and I noticed a huge decrease in the amount of lotion I have needed to use after my shower since I started using the Dove. I have long been a Dove body wash and shampoo/conditioner user, and will now add the beauty bar to my regular shopping list. Even my husband liked it and noticed that his skin is significantly less dry than before. I would recommend this to anyone.
