Makes Acne Worst

I bought the whole line, face wash, toner, serum, and moisturizer along with travel sized everything and tried the product as directed for 2 weeks.
It make my acne significantly WORST!
And to add to it, The Face Shop website says you can return it if you are not happy with the product, but they will not return my emails or provide me an address to return the products to.
