I've used a few Micellar waters before , all of different price ranges. And I have to say, Garnier has won me over! The water removed all my makeup and mascara, and it left my skin so smooth , clean, and refreshed. With other water my skin is left sticky, and awful tasting ( accidental lip licking!) . Garnier Micellar Water will now be the only brand I use! I recommend this product hands down!

I received this as part of the Product Review Club. I love the scent, very light with just a touch of "spring" - it smells very fresh and clean. For the first 30 seconds or so, I don't think I was going to like it, as it felt a little "thick" on my face, as opposed to the toner I usually use. However, it absorbed very quickly, leaving my face feeling smooth. I haven't used it long enough to notice any physical changes yet, however, my skin FEELS FANTASTIC - tight and smooth, with a fresh scent. It feels great in the evening helping to take away the stresses of the day, and even better as a "wake-up" in the morning. I will definitely be purchasing this product again - my regular toner/cleanser of the past several years does not even compare to it. Great product!

I have never tried a micellar water so I didn't really know what to expect from this product. As the label suggests, it removes make up, cleanses and refreshes the skin. I used this water on a cotton pad to remove my make up and it did a really good job. It took about 3 pads to get most of the foundation off my face and about one pad to remove my mascara.

This micellar water did not leave a sticky residue like sometimes happens when I use a pre-moistened cleansing cloth. However, I have a skin care regimen in the evening after removing my make up that involves exfoliating my skin and then cleansing with a foam cleanser. I felt like I needed to continue this routine to get my skin completely clean. I do have very acne prone skin and just felt like the micellar water, even though it claims to cleanse as well, was not enough for my skin.

I could see skipping my additional cleansing routine if I had a late night and only wanted to remove my make up. This would be the perfect product for that purpose. I do like using this in the morning after I wake up as I have no make up to remove. It serves as the perfect cleanser and toner for me.

Overall, I do see value in the product and like that it comes in a large 400ml format which will last a long time. I would recommend this product to others and would consider purchasing it in the future at a sale price.

This awesome water removes makeup, cleanses my face and leaves my skin feeling refreshed.

I use this all around my eyes with no irritation and the BEST PART is that it does not affect my eyelash extensions at all.

Other make up removers weakened the glue of the eyelash extensions and they fall out quicker.
Micellar cleansing water does not affect the extensions at all.

I absolutely love that this product is so effective yet so gentle. My face never feels dry, or greasy, or sticky, or anything other than simply and thoroughly clean.

This is a great product for make up removal, but you will appreciate it even more if you have sensitive eyes, wear contacts, or have eyelash extensions.

This is officially a new Holy Grail skincare product for me!
I have used micellar water for several years now, but had previously been buying the one from Vichy which is 3 times the price!!! Garnier's micellar water works every bit as well and the value in this product is unbeatable.
I am so excited by this product and can't say enough about it!

I love Micellar Water Cleansers and was so thrilled to have the opportunity to try the Garnier Micellar Water during the Chickadvisor campaign! I found that it was highly effective in removing my waterproof liner and mascara. It did take a little more work to remove my all day stay lipstick - but that stuff clings - lol! My skin felt clean and not tight or too dry. Absolutely no residue - Although I did find this formulation to be a little bit "heavier" if that's the word I'm looking for - compared to my normal brand. That being said it did a fabulous job and comes in at about a third of the price of my regular water - which is an awesome value for a highly effective product. A definite thumbs up from me!

I have been wearing heavy eye makeup since I was a young teenager. No matter what makeup remover I tried I would always wake up with black residue under my eyes in the morning. Other removers would force me to rub on my eye area, which as we all know, causes eye wrinkles. I saw Garnier's Micellar Cleansing Water in Walmart and decided to give it a try. It is the best makeup remover I have ever tried hands down. I put a little bit on a cotton pad and all I have to do is dab it on my eyes and the makeup just clings to it like a magnet! No need to rub our pull at the fragile skin around my eyes. It also takes of all the other makeup and dirt on my face that I didn't even know was there. This will be my go to product from now on. I was excited to give this a try as I feel that waters and oils and such are having their day right now!
I like that it does not dry out my skin, as I tend to have pretty dry skin so that part was nice!
But I felt like it was a tad oily. I have been using it as my sole cleanser and I have been having little tiny whitehead breakouts, which is not usual for me.
I like it as a way to remove eye makeup and I think I will continue to use it, but after I have washed my face with my cleansing oil as a a final makeup remover.

I have always struggled with an effective eye make up remover, especially for my waterproof mascara and gel eyeliners so I was excited to receive the Garnier SkinActive Micellar Water from ChickAdvisor.. In terms of eye make up, it did a good enough job removing the majority of the waterproof make up. In terms of the rest of my face, I don't wear foundation, just blush, so my face is typically easy to clean. I always use a face wash and then do a final swipe with a cleanser. The Garnier SkinActive Micellar Water did a great job of removing any residue make up or dirt which I was able to see on the cotton. I felt squeaky clean afterwards!

I had never even heard about this product so I was quite excited to give it a try. The idea of just using this to clean my face and not have to bother with rinsing was very appealing. Sadly I do not feel that it worked as well as other cleansers or even my soap and water. I liked the feel and the fact that is was scent free however I do not feel it got my skin as clean and it was not effective on my mascara at all. As a quick cleanse throughout the day it was refreshing and fast but it couldn't replace my normal routine and at that price I will stick with soap and water
