Great for Gluten Protection!

I’ve been using GluteGuard for a few weeks now, mostly when I’m eating out or in situations where I can’t be 100% sure about hidden gluten. I have a pretty sensitive reaction even to small amounts, so I was a bit skeptical at first — but honestly, this product has made a noticeable difference for me.

Whenever I take a tablet before a meal, I feel much more protected. On a couple of occasions where I know there must have been some cross-contamination, I didn’t experience the usual bloating and discomfort I normally get. It doesn’t let me eat regular gluten foods, of course, but it definitely helps reduce the anxiety of accidental exposure.

The tablets are small, easy to carry, and don’t have any weird taste. I really like that they’re natural and gluten-free themselves. The only downside for me is that the product is a bit pricey, especially if you use it often — but for the peace of mind it gives me, it’s worth it.

Feeling Confident for a Restaurant Meal

With using Gluten Card I am now confident eating out at a restaurant. When taken in advance I have remained symptom free while enjoying meals out with friends and family. I keep it in my purse for quick easy on the go access and to have on hand to share with my other gluten sensitive friends. It is a wonderful product that seems to actually work. I have used GluteGuard a several times now. I really enjoy being able to protect myself from accidental ingestion of gluten. I have had no side effects like bloating, indigestion or diarrhea. I will be making it part of my routine now.

Don't have to be scared to eat at restaurants agai

I highly recommend this product if you are gluten-free. I have celiac disease and this worked for me, I got to eat a gluten free pizza and didn't have any side effects for the cross contamination. Love trying this product, now I will be purchasing and keeping in my purse for any resturant outting with my family.

Peace of Mind when eating out !

When living a gluten free lifestyle we all know the struggle is real when dining out. I’ve been eating gluten free for 20 plus years. I love dining out but it always stresses me out. Even though I order from the Gluten Free Menu I am always scared of ingesting gluten. I’ve been using this a lot over the past few months and I haven’t had any symptoms of gluten ingesting! Thank you to Butterly & GluteGuard for gifting me these in exchange for my honest opinion. It honestly puts my mind at ease! It’s so simple to use. I take one pill 15-20 minutes before I eat. Finally Gluten Isn't Scary

Finally I feel safe to be around gluten and if I accidentally ingest it. Before, it would be a dance back and forth between the bathroom, and also having a horribly bloated stomach. This gives me the confidence to eat out at restaurants again, and explore new foods!
