While I try to stick to a gluten free diet (gluten intolerant, not celiac) it cam feel nearly impossible when it comes to cooked meals. Dishes and appliances seem to always become contaminated by housemates eventually nomatter how strict and careful I try to be.
Having something to take when I know trace contaminatoon is present is huge for me. I don't have to worry about if risking a hot meal also means my merve pai flaring up. This stuff is great!

Simple Relief After Gluten Exposure

I always worry about getting gluten when I eat out. it's very stressful.

Bloat free

I suffer from celiac disease and have very strict diet responsibilities, which involve a gluten-free diet that I must follow religiously. I currently have a doctor-prescribed gluten blocker in case of accidental gluten consumption, but I've replaced it temporarily to try this new product, Gluteguard. I was surprisingly shocked at the results. I took it on my nights out, where gluten can accidentally be exposed to my food without me knowing, and it was so relieving when it happened that the symptoms I usually get—such as bloating, gas, diarrhea, and others—were not present. I usually experience a little discomfort, but I didn't with Gluteguard. I don't understand how it could work better than something my doctor prescribed me, but it worked amazingly. It was so relieving not to have to deal with the anxiety of if or when an accident may occur where I am exposed to gluten. I actually enjoyed going out for dinner without worrying about how I was going to feel afterward.

Wonderful product!

I received the Glute Guard from Butterfly, I've been Gluten Intolerant for the past couple of years. Everytime I ate out at a restaurant, even though eating gluten free, I would have diarrhea because of cross contamination. I've used Glute Guard before eating out, and so far I've been symptom free. I can eat out without a worry now. It's a life saver, I can enjoy food at my favorite restaurants without the fear of having tummy issues. Extremely satisfied with the product.

Works when Needed

As someone who suffers with digestive issues when consuming gluten products, this was a Godsend. I took this pill before eating meals in restaurants because that is when I have always had accidental exposure to gluten. The pill is tasteless and fairly easy to swallow. There were no side effects for me and each time I’ve taken it there were no gluten exposure symptoms like nausea, diarrhea or stomach cramps. This product could be a life saver but will need to continue this experiment for longer.

Easy to take and to prevent symptoms from exposure to gluten in your diet. Helps relieve symptoms and is easy and simple to consume. Always have it in my purse.

This product worked great

I enjoyed trying this product. I have celiac disease so ideally a Gluten Free diet is what works best for me however my kid plays travel sports and occasionally eating gluten can happen. I did notice less or no symptoms that I would typically get. Even being ill up to 2 days later and that did not happen when I tried this product. I would carry with me in case needed in the future. Would definitely recommend.

Worry free vacation!

I received these free from Butterly right before my vacation in Mexico and I couldn’t have asked for better timing. Glute Guard helps prevent any symptoms from accidental gluten ingestion and I am happy to report that I had no issues at all. I was able to enjoy some of the local food without worrying about potential digestive discomfort later. Especially handy to have when you don’t speak to the local language.. They are super convenient too. Just one pill 15 minutes before you eat, and then smooth sailing from there! I definitely will be carrying a few pills with me in the future.

Amazing , eat gluten and have no issues

I ate ALL Thanksgiving dinner, stuffing , dinner rolls, and pumpkin pie. All items were not gluten free. I had no celiac symptoms, after dinner or the next day. This pill is amazing. I also went out to restaurants and ate regular food off the menu, no special requests to the waiter and had no issues. This gives less worry while travelling or getting out on the town and maybe eating questionable items on the menu

Feeling confident

The first time I took the pill it made me cramp a bit but I know I had something that was cross contaminated. The last few times I had no problems and I felt safe to eat out and enjoy my gluten free food.
