You can't beat the taste, the berries are decadent, they melt in your mouth. I never knew that freeze dried fruit could be so good. Lots of fruit, they definitely do not skimp on the fruit. A bit high in carbohydrates for me but I don't care I eat them anyway. Oh so good. One of the few cereals my 89 yr old Mom will eat. I try to watch for them to be on sale before buying them for her cause they are a bit pricy at times.

I usually stray away from really sugar cereals, but this is one that is worth indulging in. :P The special k flakes are nice and crunchy with a hint of sweetness without being TOO sweet (unlike Frosted Flakes for example) and there are generous amounts of freeze-dried strawberries that add a nice tang to the cereal. It's not a cereal I would eat on a daily basis for breakfast as it is still higher in sugar than I prefer (my skin hates sugar), but it is a nice treat once a week or so, and doesn't leave you feeling guilty about eating it.

Love Special K cereals especially this one. Healthy and great tasting.

I like to try different cereals but this one is a permanent on my pantry. I always have a box around. It tastes great and I specially love the dried berries. Not to mention, it`s healthier than other cereals that are out there. It makes for a great breakfast and I always bring along those snack packs to work to munch on during the day. I also like adding it to yogourt.

I remember years ago this was the ONLY thing I ate (going through a cereal phase....still going) and my brother was looking at me all weird and he said "T, you need to stop eating that FEMALE cereal." I looked at him all weird and I said WHY!? IM A FEMALE. Then he said well if you keep eating that cereal, your boobs are gonna be huge! YAAAAAY!!!!!!! This cereal does not make your boobs grow... trust me.
