What a great Serum!!!

Wow! I received a mini sample in the mail that was enough for three uses. I tried it on my face 2 nights and 1 morning and absolutely LOVE how it makes my skin feel. Honestly made my face feel like silk. The price point for a regular sized bottle was showing as $41.95 on Vichy's website which I feel is a fair price. I will more than likely watch for a sale and buy it when it is free shipping or something like that. I think this is something my skin would like more of lol. It also only has 11 ingredients so it's not full of stuff we don't need. And I don't detect a scent to it either. I really did enjoy this sample and feel totally comfortable recommending to others!

If you have dry skin and live in a dry climate then you know what extra skin is like. The Mineral 89 Hydrating booster is a lifestyle saver and a staple in my routine. hydrating booster meant for all skin types. This hydrating serum is packed with Hyaluronic Acid and 15 minerals contained in thermal water originating from French volcanoes.

I generally use this after cleansing and toning my skin before using other serums and moisturizing both in the AM and PM. This booster helps bolster the moisture level in my skin and keeps it from drying out throughout day and while sleeping at night.

Upon application, this serum feels cool and refreshing, and immediately quenches your skin's thirst. However, it does not immediately get absorbed into the skin and helps skin maintain moisture.

Noticeable Results

After cleansing my skin I applied this soothing gel like booster. My face felt hydrated without feeling greasy or tacky. I saw noticeable improvements around my eyes and my fine lines were definitely smaller. With the limited amount I had this is one product I would like to use for a longer time frame.

Not for me.

I was not thrilled with the sample of the Vichy mineral 89. I did not see a difference in my skin/face. Albeit, this may be because it was a sample and I only used it for 3 days. Nevertheless I did not like the texture on my face. It felt fine going on, and easy to put on however my face felt sticky and stiff afterwards. I would not purchase although giving the product the benefit of the doubt because of my minimal use, I would recommend others to try for themselves.

A serum everyone needs.

The vichy serum is a super lightweight and non greasy serum. I love that it’s only 11 ingredient with no fragrance or colorants so it’s great for sensitive skin. It provides an amazing pick me up for my skin with that extra boost of hydration it needs. I like to use this on damp skin and then follow up with my moisturizer.

Good for oily skin

It’s not super hydrating but a good choice if you have a oily skin, it doesn’t leave your skin sticky, it moisture my skin just enough. I guess it wouldn’t be very good for dry skin though
