Vichy Magistral Cream

I received this product Free to try out and was rather disappointed. I did not like the smell or texture. I found the cream rather heavy. I like my face creams fluffy (like whipped cream). I have very dry , mature skin & did not find it really nourished it that much, even using it twice a day. I do not think I will purchase this product in the future.

Okay, but would not buy

This product is thick and creamy. I did like the soft rose scent. I used it morning and night for two weeks and the jar was empty even though I used it in reasonable amounts. If you look at the photo, the glass jar itself is about half an inch thick, so there is not much room left for the cream. It felt moisturizing on the skin and absorbed quickly, but I did not find it any better than my favourite cream, Cerave, which is about three times less in cost. I would not buy it.

I liked the feel and scent of the product however it did not appear to make any difference in my appearance.
If I was to spend that amount of money on a product I want to see some results. It did not live up to its statement.

This product has added fragrance, which I didn't like. The regimen that this product is part of is too heavy for summer use. It might have worked better in winter.

This cream does feel nice on my face but I haven't noticed any changes in my skin since I began using it.
I'm sure it is moisturizing my face but I prefer to see results!
Also, it contains no SPF so you need a separate sunscreen as well

This is a very nice cream. It absorbs well & feels lovely. I do not think it is worth the price charged. I saw no change in my skin condition . I would buy it again if it wasn't so expensive.
