I was able to order very easily, my order came quickly and was complete. Good service, quick delivery, easy to order. I enjoyed using this service and plan to use it again.

Easy to use

This was my first time using Voila and I’ll definitely be back again. I’ve tried a few other delivery/curbside pick up places in the past and this was by far the smoothest. The website had everything I was looking for and only one item was substituted from my order. Best part was they gave me an even better brand at the sale price I purchased at. I opted to do curbside to save the delivery fee and the employee was so friendly and helpful loading into my car. All in all it was a great experience.

This app is amazing because when I use it it’s super easy to put all my orders and the delivery is so smooth and they really make sure that our groceries are fresh and complete before they go. Great service

Voila was a great experience. The app is very easy to use. I ordered my groceries and had them delivered to my house. The delivery was on time and the driver was very friendly. Everything was packed carefully and checked by tge driver to make sure I was satisfied. I will use this service again.

It was so easy and convenient to use Voila. I liked that they had the same deals as the flyer and the prices weren't inflated. Delivery made this even easier. I got everything I ordered right to my door.

This week I got to partner up with @thisisbutterly & @voila.ca to test out Voila’s “new to me” grocery delivery service. If I had to pick one word to describe this experience, impressed would be it.
I downloaded the app, shopped this week’s flyer, picked a delivery slot and waited patiently.
Today was delivery day and Voila was on time (arrived at 11:40am for my 11am-12pm slot) and our delivery driver was super polite and had lots of great info for us! He let us know that all of our fridge and freezer items were kept at the right temperatures during delivery, and all our pantry items were kept at room temperature (that little delivery truck seems to have a whole lot going on inside).
I am no stranger to saving time and have loved doing curb-side pickups in the past. My problem with having someone else shop for me was - freshness (I like to grab only the freshest products, with little to no imperfections and the furthest date I can find). Sometimes things were great, sometimes things were not so great. Whilst I was hesitant to shop my entire list for the week online, I just went for it and I have no regrets.
All the produce is fresh. All the “best before” dates are a ways out and now I have nothing but free time this weekend!!

Safe to say I’m doing this again.

Perfect grocery home delivery service

I stared using groceries delivery services 4 years ago. I already tried some of them in Edmonton. Voila is an amazing service. The delivery was right on time. The food was in paper bags (easy to recycle). All products (vegetables, meat) were fresh and in a perfect condition. The delivery guy Marco was so kind and when he knew it was my first time with Voila, he explained to me how they deliver, how they store the food in cars, and told me what to do if something is wrong. I totally recommend Voila for grocery home delivery.

I was so hesitant with using a grocery delivery service, but I am so impressed with the overall experience of this whole transaction. The ease of choosing my groceries was effortless and the delivery went smoothly. The delivery driver was such a sweetheart and he ensured that my items were handled with care. My chicken arrived refrigerated and the delivery driver explained that all the perishables are kept in a cooler upon delivery. 10/10 I will definitely use this service again! Thanks Butterly!!

Never again completely useless waste of time don’t

Use a Save on Foods delivery app if you want anything delivered, Viola was a nuisance. Really you’re gonna tell me you’re out of milk milk like all milk yeah that’s ridiculous but apparently they’re out of milk. Well, the store wasn’t but this fuel that was and then there was no reason given to me is canceled, but it was cancelled and then I replaced it. It was cancelled again found out after a payment error but there’s no email to tell me anything. What was going on? It is my order just got cancelled so then I’m sitting around. Thinking groceries are coming. It was just very ineffective. Just use it Frustrating waste of time go ahead or highly recommend it for that note I was selected by Vola and given a discount In exchange, I was to provide a review of their service
