most difficult mask

So i got this as a sample and decided to put it on using a brush, since i find it gives a more even application and my hands don't have to touch it. This was the MOST difficult mask to apply EVER, its goopy and stringy and made a huge mess all over my bathroom sink. Maybe i was just having personal issues with it but I'd never buy this again. however, smells GREAT and is very cooling

Not for sensitive skin

I received this product for free to try out. I didn't like the way it spreaded on my skin but the worst part is after, when you want to remove it from your face, it really hurts and if you have sensitive skin like me, your face will be red.

Fun mask!

Okay, I kinda of like the idea of a peel off mask, just because it's so satisfying! I'm not sure how great all that friction is for your skin though. Anyway, this was fun to use, I enjoyed it, but it wasn't life changing for me. It would be fun for a girls night!

Did not peel off...

I could not get the mask to peel off my face for some reason. The instructions told me to apply a "generous layer" onto my face which I thought I did...but it apparently was not enough for the mask to be "peelable". First impression, the mask went on clear which was really hard for me to judge whether the mask was thick enough on my face to be peeled off. It dried pretty well and it was easy to tell when it was ready to be taken off (it goes really hard on your face and becomes a shiny coating). However, when it comes to the peeling off process, it did not work for me. So I ended up just rinsing it with water. Overall, my skin felt great afterwards, but the mask just did not do what it was supposed to...which was peel off my skin. As a general face mask - good. As a peel off mask - meh.

Je n'ai pas aimé

J'étais heureuse d'avoir la chance d'essayer se produit gratuitement, car j'adore les masques. Malheureusement, je n'ai pas aimé celui-ci. Je trouve la bouteille petite pour la quantité de produit que cela prends. De plus, j'ai trouvé qu'il se retirait très mal et ma peau ne semblait pas plus hydrater.

Does not provide any extra glow

This is alright as a peel off mask, my fave felt clean and smooth after, although it was painful to remove, but it didn’t provide the glow it promised and really didn’t show any difference on my skin.

TBH this hurt my face

I love peel off face masks so I was very happy to try this out. I am not sure if I am just not putting a thick enough amount to make it easier to remove or what but when I peel it off, it just about ripped off my face. It hurt and my face was really red for quite awhile afterwards. I found it hard to peel off and my face was stinging. I will not buy this.

Decent peel off mask

I received this product for free for review purposes. I typically don’t love peel off masks because they are difficult to remove and irritate my sensitive skin. This one peeled off easily. Any bits that did not peel off came off easily with toner. I did not see noticeable results after the first use, but I will continue to use the mask 1-2 times a week.

Meh

I do enjoy this product but of all the maxglow products I tried this was my least favourite. I found it didn’t exfoliate as much as I would have liked, it’s a very gentle exfoliate which is great but didn’t do the job, I still found dry patches on my skin after using it. Would like
To keep trying it and see how it works after using it for awhie

J’ai reçu le masque peel off gratuitement grace à Chick Advisor et Aveeno. Je n’ai pas eu énormément de temps pour le tester car j’avais une date butoir pour écrire mon review.
Je ne l’ai donc testé qu’une seule fois.

Tout d’abord, je dois dire que l’odeur est divine et que l’application du masque se fait très bien.

Après le temps de pause recommandé, effectivement le masque s’est asséché mais ne donne pas un aussi gros sentiment de tiraillement de la peau que d’autres masques peel-off du même genre.

Il est très facile de retirer le masque si on a appliqué une bonne couche égale partout sur le visage. Certains masque peel-off sont très dur à retirer ou font très mal, ce qui n’est aucunement le cas avec celui-ci!

J’ai constaté que ma peau était ULTRA-DOUCE après avoir retiré le masque. Et je suis vachement étonnée car j’ai habituellement la peau rugueuse avec des problèmes de texture!

Le seul hic, c’est que 2-3 jours plus tard, j’ai eu une poussée de boutons monstre sur le menton.. mais comme je ne l’ai testé qu’une seule fois, il est difficile à dire si c’est directement relié au masque, ou bien il s’agit d’un autre facteur...

Il va falloir que je le réessaie quelques fois avant de conclure quoi que ce soit..
