A lot of woman in the 50s used to wash their face with dove. It isn't as drying as other bar soaps, therefore its great for using as a facewash in the shower for a really squeaky clean feeling. It's gentle enough to use near my lady bits, and the smell is rather pleasant.

The soap itself is pricey, but its well worth the money. It leaves my skin feeling incredibly soft, and it does not leave a strong perfume smell like other leading brand. I've tried other bars of soap and i'd have to say, this is the only one that didn't dry out my skin!

Love the dove beauty bars. They smell good and very gentle on skin. My husbands skin is sensitive to perfumes and this works good. Exspensive exspecially over time. Soap is something I buy a lot.

I really like dove products I have been using them for years. The products have beautiful scents. I especially like to use dove soap in the winter as my skin gets very dry and irritated.

I think this is a pretty good standard soap. I find it to be waay more moisturizing than Ivory soap, which I usually use. I do find that this wears down very fast, as it is really soft.
