For gluten sensitivity

This product can help break down gluten but it can’t eliminate it. So please don’t use or rely on this for celiac disease.

For those who are just gluten sensitive as myself, I found this to be helpful. I didn’t experience any adverse effects from gluten when eating out and taking a pill before hand.
They are a little on the large side, so something to consider if you have swallowing difficulties.
I find they are a little pricey compared to similar “digestive enzymes”. But I would buy again since it did seem helpful.

GluteGuard and accidental gluten ingestion

I’m on the fence as to whether this product actually works. You’re supposed to take GluteGuard at least 15 minutes before a meal where there is a chance that gluten might be present or can cross contaminate your food. However, you’re still to eat a strict gluten free diet.

As someone who has celiac disease and hasn’t eaten gluten in over 20 years, I take great care of notifying restaurants as to my allergies. Over the years, restaurants have gotten a lot better at understanding how to deal with celiac disease and gluten intolerance. Therefore I’m unsure as to whether GluteGuard actually did anything, or whether the restaurants continued to operate as they would for any other allergy by ensuring no cross contamination.

I felt uneasy about trying this at first. The instructions are clear and easy to read/understand. If you think you are going to get glutened at a gathering, you should take it. Well, I am very careful about not getting glutened. I ate a chocolate bar that had wheat in it unexpectedly and i took one pill - boy oh boy did it help with symptoms. There were no after effects from the product and it was easy to take
I glutened myself the other day - and took one after and it seemed to help too
Seems to help with the accidental intake of gluten products.
As uneasy as I was, it seemed to work pretty good.

What a fabulous invention

I was surprised that Gluteguard existed. What a fabulous invention. It helped protect me from that bloated feeling I get when I eat carbs. I love it!

I found GluteGuard so helpful when eating out, traveling, or attending events where cross-contamination is more likely. It didn’t replace my gluten-free diet, but it made me feel more confident in unpredictable situations. It provided me an added layer of support. The tablets were small and easy to take. Symptoms felt milder and and shorter lived.

Gluteguard was effective in reducing symptoms caused by cross contamination of gluten. The product was used when visiting restaurants that were not gluten-free certified, and cross contamination was a possibility. I noticed significant reduced brain-fog symptoms, and slightly reduced digestive issues when visiting restaurants that have caused me issues previously. It was an excellent product to keep in my bag for when I wished to join in at an event at a restaurant that I wouldn't necessarily choose to eat at for safety reasons. It didn't eliminate my symptoms, but I definitely noticed an improvement, enough to recommend this product for highly sensitive individuals. The biggest issue was remembering to take it 15 minutes before the meal.

Makes the symptoms not as bafy

I am celiac and as this isn't a get out of free card for gluten, it did help with accidental digestion of gluten . I went to a family gathering and I ate some items that I wasn't entirely sure on. I am glad I took a pill before I left home. This didn't take all of the symptoms away but it did help lessen them.

The best safety measure!!

I have been gluten intolerant for over a decade and I live with IBS. Sometimes I ingest gluten unintentionally and it upsets my GI tract severely. Anytime im unsure of the ingredients in something, ive taken gluteguard and its honestly a life saver! No more hours of stomach upset and sometimes multiple trips to the washroom. Its all smooth sailing!!

Very Good product

I am allergic to gluten and follow a very strict diet but there have been times when I have eaten out and have accidentally been glutened. I have taken gluten guard when i have gone to a restaurant and could not be 💯 sure of their policies on gluten free production. I have not had a reaction in the last month to 6 weeks
