I happen to have this in my purse , and thankfully I did!! Restaurants try to be careful but sometimes they mess up. I was informed after my meal that my bun was mistakingly mixed up with a regular one. I immediately took a pill ...and was relieved.

Gluteguard works !!

I was skeptical of gluteguard helping but WOW!!! I am going to be purchasing for myself and have recommended to friends and family to give it a try. If you're at all hesitatant like I was give it a go and hopefully youre outcome is as good as it was for me !

After dealing with sensitivity to gluten for years, I decided to try Glutetard and honestly, I’m impressed. I notice a clear difference in how my stomach reacts after meals. The bloating is almost gone, I have way less gas, and my digestion feels much calmer overall.

It doesn’t make me able to eat a full regular gluten-heavy meal without symptoms, but it really helps with cross-contamination or small accidental exposures. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach.

Overall, it’s been a great addition to my routine and makes eating out less stressful.

The Lactaid for Gluten Allergies

Worked well when used ahead of time. Admittedly I would sometimes remember to take it when I had already consumed some gluten so didn’t provide the full affect.

I really liked using this product and it seemed to help my symptoms. It was nice to use when going out to a restaurant because there are no guarantees on how your food is cooked.

We are gluten free in our house for most products as our son cannot have. The odd time he may get something that has wheat. It was really helpful to have this product to help elevate the issues from being exposed to gluten.

A little relief when out

I was making shrimp for the family hubby bought ones by accident that had gluten so I made my own for me. I was so careful separate pans separate spatula and it happened I flipped the shrimp and wasn't sure if I accidentally used the wrong spatula and cross contaminated myself so I took my pill before eating. I had no reaction so either it worked or I didnt cross contaminate the food but the thought of having this pill for just in case moments is reassuring. I have used it multiple times with no side affects to gluten and I have severe celiac I am going to use it at our company potluck for things that may have gotten cross contaminated. I always follow my diet very strictly so I have told my friends this is not a free pass and not sure if it works or I have been lucky but I will continue to use Glute gaurd for food out of my house for just in case moments.

Helps ease symptoms

Good so far. The first one I've tried.
There is no cure for celiac- or maybe there is but the Big Corps won't tell us. But this is a good preventative measure to lessen the symptoms.
The only downside I see is that it contains 'talc' as a listed ingredient.
