Good Back-up Plan

Unknowingly or accidentally consuming Gluten is awful, and I was really surprised to find a product that could help reduce the chances of this happening. Eating out is always a risk, and this provides some peace of mind in case of contamination or undisclosed ingredients. Consuming Gluten causes a lot of pain and discomfort, and having GluteGuard to help lower the chance of this is such a good feeling. I didn't have any issues when I ate out and took GluteGuard. I didn't go as far as intentionally consuming gluten to truly test the effectiveness, but for me it provided some peace of mind when I'm not in control of cooking and ingredients.

Works well!

Used for work meals where we were in restaurants that I had previously been exposed to gluten. I ordered carefully, but I can confirm that I did not get accidentally glutened.
I found this product to offer some peace of mind when dining out, especially since it’s challenging to find dedicated gluten free restaurants.
I didn’t notice any side effects when using GluteGuard. Overall, a helpful addition to the medicine cabinet for celiacs and those with gluten allergies.

Great product as my child has trouble when we eat out and has gluten. She doesn’t like the taste of the pills but they work when she needs them and they work pretty fast

Good option, however can be better

I had been suffering from stomach and skin issues because of gluten and it was a real relief to find products that can save me from the discomfort after eating. Gluteguard saved me from the inevitable stomachache/diarrhea that I had almost everytime I couldnt avoid ingesting gluten.
I was detected with Gluten-sensitivity about a couple of years ago, before which I just used to think that I have IBS. While the easiest option was to avoid gluten totally, but practical life ut often is very difficult, as I also have a lot of other food restrictions because of my health issues. So this definitely is very helpful to carry with me especially when I am travelling or eating out.
However, the price for 10 tabs could be a little more reasonable, considering that many of us may need to take it very often.
So 4/5 from me.
Only complaint is , I had a little weird feeling in my gut 5 mins after taking it , but it was not pain and may have been caused by some other factors.

Not Great

I used the product for a few attempts at eating gluten. I didn’t find it effective personally but potentially this could work for a more mild I tolerance.

No more gluten nightmare

I had the opportunity to try Gluteguard and eat out. I normally cook every meal as I’m very gluten intolerant. I was please to have no issues with my meal. I did ask for gluten aware but usually have an issue very soon after eating. I’m happy to report I had zero issues after taking gluteguard. Finally something to help combat the cross contamination at restaurants. Woohoo

Helps to control exposure

I have an intolerance to gluten, nothing severe, but enough that I often feel bloated or get stomach discomfort and swelling after eating out or having something that might contain traces of gluten. I decided to try GluteGuard, and it’s made a noticeable difference.

When I took it before meals, I don’t get the same symptoms if I accidentally eat small amounts of gluten. It gives me peace of mind, especially when dining out. I still avoid gluten as much as possible, but this product really helps reduce the reaction when cross-contamination happens.

It's very good

This was a good experience overall, and a handy item to have for accidental gluten exposure/digestion. I did notice that I had less reactions than I would usually expect to have, and that is good. I don't know to what extent this suppresses inflammation caused by gluten, but I'll glad to have it nonetheless.

Okay product

An okay product to help with an accidental gluten ingestion. It seemed to help a bit, but I still had some issues and my usual gluten side effects. Inwould not regularly take this product.

Helps to relieve potential symptoms

I’ve been using glute guard for over a month. I have found the pills to help me with overall discomfort from ingesting gluten even traces of gluten. I take it when im eating out and to avoid certain traces of gluten. I’m excited to keep using it and recommend i used it when i was travelling as well.
