Tastes just like chocolate milk.

I took this right before I worked out. It was tasty, but a little more watery than I expected. It gave me a boost that lasted through the workout. I was hungry once I was done though.

A great protein drink

I was pleasantly surprised with the Premier Protein Chocolate Shake. I have tried many different protein drinks, protein powders, etc, and this one is quite tolerable. Sure, there are drinks that are even tastier, but I am impressed with the product based on the amount of protein each drink contains (30g!) and other vitamins, but without all the sugar that protein products often contain. I tried my first one after an intense cycling class, and I feel it was an effectice recovery drink.

Great for smoothies!

I found the chocolate shake to be smoother and less gritty than other protein drinks that I've tried. I can drink the chocolate one on its own, but I find the sucralose makes it taste really sweet. I tried this out in the muscle monkey shake recipe (peanut butter and a banana), from the Premier Proteins website and it tasted so good! I like how it has 30g of protein and only 160 calories but I don't like how it contains sucralose. I would buy these again as an additive to my after workout smoothies because they are convenient and a great source of protein. #gotitfree #tryPremiereProtein

Filling, tasty, chocolatey goodness!

I was asked to try @premierprotein chocolate shakes by @chickadvisor #gotitfree .

The chocolate shake was like drinking a nice, cold, not-too-sweet glass of chocolate milk. It was smooth, not at all chalky, and satisfying of my chocolate sweet tooth. It was also an awesome addition to my usual vegetable-based lunches in that I wasn't starving 2 hours later!

I love the packaging for being both recyclable and less breakable than other containers. I love the tight seal that would allow me to have it out on my desk without worry of someone accidentally tipping it over.

Overall, I really did enjoy this product and would consider purchasing it if I needed a go to quick fix source of protein.

Surprisingly yummy!

I am not a huge protein shake fan because any that i have tried in the past have always left unfavourable flavours in my mouth. I was pleasantly surprised by the chocolate flavour because it wasn't overly sweet and i actually enjoyed the flavour. It also did not have sandy texture to it which i have found other brands do. I found that it helped keep my fuller longer and gave a bit of an energy boost. I think i would purchase this in the future.

This chocolate shake was very good. Often pre-prepared protein shakes are too thick, and this one was not. The consistency was just right, not too thick and not too thin. It was very creamy! It had a delicious dark chocolate flavour that was not at all too sweet. I typically like to drink protein shakes in the morning for breakfast, and this one was perfect for that purpose. These shakes also smelled delicious and looked like chocolate milk, which made them extra appealing!

After drinking these shakes, I found that I was satiated for hours. They made me feel full and like I didn't need to eat a meal any time soon, so they work really well as a meal replacement, even though they are not intended for that purpose. I loved drinking these shakes after softball, because they were delicious and satisfying and provided a good pick-me-up!

What is really great about these shakes is that they each have 30 g of protein, which is more than my regular protein powder provides in a single serving. I am also impressed that they have less than 1 g of sugar and are low in fat. Obviously, if you are drinking protein shakes you don't want them to come with a bunch of sugar and fat, so these are a great healthy option. The only slightly questionable thing about the ingredients in these shakes is that they have carageenan as an ingredient. Carageenan itself has no nutritional value, but is added to products as a thickener. For a while now, the health benefits of carageenan have been called into question, and has even been alleged to have harmful gastrointestinal effects. To summarize, the usage of this ingredient is highly controversial, so it is a little disappointing that a product that is supposed to support health-conscious people includes this potentially harmful ingredient.

Overall, these shakes were really delicious, but I am also concerned by the addition of carageenan. I am not sure that I would repurchase, but if I did, I would only drink them occasionally.

La boisson Premier Protein chocolat bonne au goût

J'ai au la chance d'essayer gratuitement la boisson Premier Protein au chocolat et j'ai été agréablement surprise par le goût, j'ai eu l'impression de boire du lait au chocolat.!! ;) Je m’entraîne beaucoup donc je les pris pour récupérer et combler ma faim après!! Par contre, malgré le fait qu'il contienne beaucoup de protéines, il n'as pas combler ma faim longtemps donc je ne le conseillerai pas comme substitut de repas. Je le rachèterai surement prochainement!! #gotitfree

Protein Shake That Keeps You Full!

I like pairing one of these protein shakes with a banana for a quick breakfast. I really like the chocolate flavour, it doesnt taste chalky like some other protein shakes I have tried.
