Time saving

The site is easy to navigate and add items to my cart. I had done a weekly grocery shop earlier so i used this opportunity to fill up my pantry with snacks. The site was easy to navigate and inwas able to find all items I was looking for. The driver called me to let me know he was about 10 minutes away. When he arrived he also explained the process about how they'll note items that were exchanged or could not be found. Also explained that if i had ordered more delicate items like eggs or bread, I would be given time to inspect before accepting. Overall I think it was a great service to have and I looked forward to having my groceries arrive and felt so relaxed that I didnt have to go to the store to shop myself. I received a coupon in exchange for a review.

Comparable to Others

Today, I tried out the @voila.ca delivery to order my groceries. I was given a discount thanks to @thisisbutterly .

There are pros and cons to this delivery company. It is pretty comparable to other grocery delivery companies when it comes to their delivery fees. Like other store owned delivery companies, I was unable to choose a same day delivery slot.

I liked that they had different delivery prices depending on the time of day you had it arrive. They also offered a free item when placing a delivery.

I was a little disappointed that they were sold out of some of them items I needed, like bell peppers and baby formula. I received an email to let me know that one of the items I ordered was removed due to availability, but I wasn't an option to choose a replacement. I will end up having to go to the store myself anyway to buy my missing items.

The delivery itself went smoothly. It arrived within the time slot I requested, and the delivery driver was friendly and helpful.

Would I use this service again? Unless I needed something specifically from Sobeys of Safeway, I will stick with my current grocery delivery company.

Voila Delivery Service - 2 thumbs up!

The Voila delivery service that I received was excellent. The delivery person even placed the groceries inside my home, which had never been done before by any other delivery service. Highly recommend!

So easy and convenient!

I loved how convenient and easy the process was. Their site allows you to view products that are on sale, have point bonuses etc. The driver called to make sure I would be home and when they got to the house they let me know that frozen items had been temperature checked before drop off. I didn't have any substitutions and everything I needed was in stock. The driver was very friendly.

I have used this service many times before and I love it. The quality is always great, you can try new products for free and they are super speedy with delivery!

Stocking Up Made Easy

We loved how easy getting ready for a busy work week ahead was. I would definitely use this service again to make things fast and simple. We loved how we even got a free sample box of granola bars in our order.

Easy to use

Website easy to use, nice pictures and search bar easy to find. There is a section for promotion items. Easy to find basket after items are finished. You can easily delete items you have changed your mind on. Great checkout process and easy to use and select your delivery window. They called 15 mins prior to delivery to ensure you are home. They will not leave your items if no one is home. I was told by my Cornell delivery person. They also described to me the process for checking your items once received before the driver leaves. My groceries were packed with care in paper bags. The delivery driver brings the bags in bins to your door. All my items were there nothing missing. Will definitely be ordering again. All my cold items were cold and all my produce fresh. My bakery items were fresh and not damaged.

Too expensive

The delivery fee I found extremely high compared to other services and the general price of groceries I just couldn't justify compared to what I normally spend. Also found the website for ordering not as user friendly as others and it didn't show me sale items until the final check out page and at the last page it showed me a bunch of items that were out of stock which was frustrating

Voila grocery delivery was a positive experience for me especially because of its effectiveness, freshness of products, and ease of use. I value the large assortment of products offered, the simplicity of ordering via the website or app, and the dependability of delivery or pick up.
