Aluminum free!

Dove 0% Aluminum Coconut & Pink Jasmine Stick Deodorant contains no alcohol and 0% aluminum with a skin-friendly formula. It is formulated with a unique ¼ moisturizers that nourishes your underarms leaving them softer and smoother. It is a non-irritating deodorant and glides on easily with no chunks! I like how smooth it goes on. It is a different texture for sure and could probably become sticky if you put too much on but I had no problem. The delicate coconut & pink jasmine scent keeps you smelling and feeling fresh all day. It's a soft floral scent that is really nice. I don't usually have problem with odor so I am unsure how strong this deodorant is. This was my first time trying an aluminum free deodorant and I really liked it. #gotitfree

Good but not great

I enjoyed that this deodorant went on clear and didn't leave marks on any of my clothes. I also found the scent to be pleasant. The main cons were it did not last through a workout and on especially hot days (30 celsius or higher) I would have to reapply at least twice. I have other aluminum free deodorants that perform better in these instances. I will continue to use this when the temperature is a bit milder.

Great scent

I’ve always used the dove cucumber deodorant because I like the simple and clean scent that doesn’t overpower my perfume, so I was a little disappointed to have received the Coconut and Pink Jasmine scent but was pleasantly surprised by it! I might even switch over to it completely as it’s very nice but not too strong or perfume-y.
Since receiving this sample, I’ve looked into why aluminum is added to products and what I’ve come up with is aluminum salts are used in antiperspirants to clog the sweat glands so that you don’t sweat as much and it also protects you from BO because there is no sweat for the bacteria that’s causing this smell to feed off of. That being said, I’ve noticed i get smellier quicker while using this deodorant, but I have also read that it could be a detox phase where your body is acclimating to the lack of harsh additives such as aluminum. Whether or not that will normalize is yet to be determined.
Furthermore, I’ve learned that the evidence in aluminum products causing cancers is strictly correlation and there’s no clear evidence on causation, however I believe that we are all probably better off using natural products so with that, I’m supportive of this product.

Smell is amazing and not over powering

This product caught my attention by
being aluminum free and second by the unique scents. I used the product first thing in the morning and the scent remained for about 3/4 hours I did not do any heavy workout or sweating however in my normal day to day errands this was wonderful. I did notice by dinner time so around 6 hours after first apply I was sweaty but not smelly. So I would use this product and buy again!

Loved the fresh scent!

I was happy to receive the Dove 0% Aluminum Deodorant coconut and pink jasmine to try for free. Even in the summer heat it worked great. Liked the idea of no aluminum and loved the scent of it. Not a strong scent just nice and light.

Light and smells good

I love the coconut scent. I can’t really smell the jasmine scent. I have been using for few days and it works pretty well. The coconut scent lasts all day and I don’t feel that my arm pit was sweating during the day either. At night when I shower, I don’t feel that I need to scrap off the deodorant which is nice because that means it’s light and easy to wash off. It’s definitely better than the ones that I have used before.

Great Deodorant without unwanted Chemicals!

I received this product free to test from ChickAdvisor in exchange for my honest review. I work daily in an office environment but also work out including hiking, running and kayaking. I love that this deodorant is easy to apply, smells great and is not wet, sticky or crumbly. I have it 4 stars as opposed to 5 because when working out it dissipates quickly and I had to reapply. It smells great and is worth it given it has 0% aluminium. I have sensitive skin and my underarms loved this product. I highly recommend and will purchase in the future.

Not a fan of coconut scent but I am suprised!

I have never been a fan of coconut scent ever. That is why when I received this free to review, I am a bit hesistant to try it. But upon smelling it, the combination with pink jasmine toned down the earthy smell and I kinda liked it! It is very smooth to apply and did not leave any traces on my shirt. Morever, since it is zero aluminum, I am confident that my body is not absorbing the unwanted chemical.

0% Aluminum DOVE deodorant 🙌

This deodorant completely shocked me. To be honest, I shop a lot at higher end beauty stores like Sephora, so I don't use a lot of drug store brand products. However, this deodorant smells absolutely amazing, reminds me of sitting on a tropical island. The deodorant glides on very smooth, it doesn't leave any marks on my clothing and it keeps me smelling fresh all day. As a nurse, I'm on my feet running all day long and there aren't many deodorants that I can get away with not having to reapply throughout the day. But this deodorant keeps me dry & smelling lovely for 12 hours.
Only con I have, is I wish it didn't have propylene glycol in it. But honestly, it's a great deodorant, great price point & I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a deodorant that is 0% aluminum! (& smells like heaven!! 😍🙌)

nice product

I always wanted a deodorant that was all natural and aluminium free. i had tried several products but most of them left my skin irritated and rashes appear over the area but this product..I really like it. I have no redness and rashes on my skin. And also I like that it is not strong smelling. It is just very light and always keeps me dry and odor free. I will definitely buy this product again and again.
