Super easy and quick delivery

I tried their delivery service for the first time and totally loved it. It was so easy to place the order and the delivery was absolutely on time. No complains what so ever. Would absolutely recommend their service.

Great service

A great delivery service. You check over everything before you accept delivery so you get to make sure it’s to your liking. Comes very well packaged. They called a head of delivery to give me a heads up they would be arriving in the next 10 minutes. Excellent service and I will use it again!

Helpful service

I was offered a one month free trial of this service. So far, I’ve only used it once and I have mixed feelings about it. I am comparing it to Instacart which I’ve used before.
Pros: it saved me after a back injury by not having to go to the store. I loved that they used paper bags. With Instacart I end up with a plethora of reusable bags. I liked that you can see the ingredients and the nutrition facts table on the website which you can’t on Instacart. They also make it way easier to compare prices. I think Instacart intentionally makes it difficult to compare. I’ve heard they don’t up charge like Instacart does and I was able to access sales. In the end the total cost was comparable on both services. With Voila, tips are optional compared to Instacart which automatically calculates it for you.

Cons: I hated that I had to answer the door instead of them just leaving it on the step (like I said, back injury). There were many things unavailable when I ordered (spinach, cherry tomatoes), and when my order was delivered I got everything I needed for my recipe except the key ingredient which was out of stock. Unfortunately they don’t give you the option to substitute something. I ordered a cucumber which appeared to have been slightly frozen.

I’ll have to try it a few more times before I decide if I will continue. It is a good service with lots of positives.

This service was so easy to use and so worth it! It came fast, so many good deals, and I was able to spend more time on my everyday tasks instead of going to the grocery store. 10/10 recommended!!

Great service, delivery driver was so helpful too

Great delivery service. They delivered on time and even called ahead of time to make sure we were home. The driver was very nice and helpful. Even let me know my product that was unavailable in store and that I didn’t get charged for it

Viola grocery service

Super convenient service for when you don’t feel like going out to brave the weather! Easy to order and to put in all of your information. And quick service as well!

Viola a great option to home delivery

Ordered from Sobeys, chose several items that showed they were on sale in the flyer but several prices did not match the flyer price. Overall, service was good. Not sure the pricing for each delivery is worthwhile for me personally as I have a Sobeys and a Coop within 2-3 blocks.

Money down or no delivery

Before using Voila, I used another competitor service. Biggest difference isn’t just the varying prices of products in each store, but in the billing for the service. Voila will bill the customer prior to picking the groceries. Normally not a big deal, but if your cheque doesn’t hit your bank account first thing, Voila automatically cancels your order. The competition just keeps trying to bill your account/card in order to deliver your goods. I will def be returning to the competition! Better luck next time, Voila!

Easy App, Great Prices, but some Delivery Quirks

I recently gave the Voila delivery service a try, and I have to say, I'm pretty impressed overall! The app is super easy to use, which makes placing orders easy. Plus, I've noticed that Safeway prices through Voila have been way better than what I've seen at Superstore lately, which is a big win for my bank account in this economy.

But, there are a couple of things that bug me a bit. Unlike Superstore, Voila won't leave your groceries on the front step; you have to be there to personally receive them. And sometimes, Superstore seems to have a bit better product availability, which can be a touch inconvenient.

Overall, I'd give Voila grocery service 4 stars. I'll likely keep using both Voila and PC Express depending on my needs, but Voila's user-friendly app and great prices definitely make it a top contender for grocery delivery.

Simple, Easy, Efficient

I was extremely amazed how easy it was to order my groceries, the helpfulness of the driver with delivering my groceries. The website was easy to use and allowed me to make changes hours after submitting my order.
