I got to try this product for free from ChickAdvisor. I've tried several cleansers over the years and this is by far my favorite. It's easy to use. Even with taking off makeup it works very well with just one cotton pad. Left my skin feeling clean and fresh. As you really don't need to use a lot, even at twice a day of use I can see the bottle lasting a while. Great value for a great product! I can definitely see myself buying this when I run out.

I received the Garnier SkinActive Micellar Water free through the Chick Advisor Product Review Club ,I found the make remover was easy to use with a cotton ball and wipe off the area where I applied makeup. It was not greasy and did not leave a film on my skin. It was nice not to rub or use extra pressure to take my makeup off. I have recommended it to family and friends

This is definitely my new favorite product! I wear a mascara that loves to not leave and so many products don't work to remove it (especially when I wear it overnight). Then comes along Micellar Water! It doesn't dry out my skin, and quickly and easily removes all my makeup (even eye liner and mascara) without rubbing and without feeling/being greasy/oily. It does sting if I get in my eye (which was tricky the first time I used it when taking off eye makeup), but I can now avoid that situation. I HIGHLY recommend this product, especially to people - like myself - who don't always have the energy/time to wash their face before going to bed.

I received this from Chick Advisor to try out. I was really excited about this b/c I'm a very busy mama and anything that helps save time, I'm all for it. This All-in-1 cleaner claims to be remove makeup, cleanses, refreshes and for all skin types even sensitive. It has no oil, doesn't need to be rinsed and can you on the face, eyes and lips. I used this consistently everyday until writing this review. It doesn't smell like much. Upon application, it feels like a typical All-in-1 cleanser (watery oily feel and foams a bit when you apply it). It took a lot of product to remove my face makeup but it did clean very well. My skin didn't feel as clean as when I use my usual face cleaners. It felt clean as in I rinsed in face off with just water type of clean. It didn't a good job at all taking off my mascara. I used just as much product trying to take off my mascara as I did for my entire face and it still didn't remove it completely. I woke up every morning with flakes of mascara left over. I tried placing a cotton pad saturated with product and put it on my eye for a bit to help dissolve the mascara, but that didn't work either. I felt it made my eyes sting a little. Nothing too intense, more like chewing mint gum and going out on a winter day kind of sting. I do love the convenience of this. I would use it on days when I don't wear mascara or when I go camping. I will try using this as a toner. I used this with the Garnier Skin Active Clearly Brighter brightening and smoothing daily moisturizer and had a few minor breakouts; so can't say for sure which did that.

1. How was your experience with this product based on the advertised benefits? (e.g. difference in skin tone, gentleness of cleansing, etc) I really like this product because it felt very smooth and non-oily on my face. With other makeup removers, it feels as though there is a residue left over, but this left my face feeling very clean and soft! It also removed all of my makeup without any issue! No leftover eyeliner or mascara.

2. How quickly did you notice a difference when using the product? Right away! No residue or oil, only softness.

3. How would you compare this product to your usual skincare product? I generally use makeup wipes to remove my makeup and I love this so much more! Wipes are usually scented, and this cleansing water has no scent, which I like. My normal wipes usually never get my eyeliner off entirely, but this product does! I think I will be replacing my usual product with this! :)

4. Would you purchase this product again? I would purchase this product again as long as I could find the similar bottle size in store to ensure that it lasts for awhile.

5. Would you recommend this product to a friend? I would definitely recommend this to a friend!

This was my first time trying a micellar water treatment and I was very impressed! It comes in a very large bottle, so it is good value for the money. It is great at removing makeup as well! Because of the micelles, the water is able to remove the makeup easily but does not leave your face greasy like typical makeup removers. In addition, it is great that it is a one step process, no need to use any other products to cleanse the face! I would definitely recommend this product!

I have used Bioderma micellar water for years and have to say that the Garnier Skinactive works almost as well. I use it on a cotton pad to remove my makeup prior to deep cleansing my face. I found this product to remove almost all of my makeup and it didn't sting my eyes which is very important to me. I think this is a great alternative and I'll definitely be buying it in the future. I received this product as part of the chick advisor review club. It was ok. I didn't love it but it was a gentle cleanser as advertised. Didn't irritate my skin but it also didn't keep my acne at bay. While using it I had several small break outs. Lighter than normal but more often. I don't feel like it really removed all of the grime compared to my regular product. If I used it with another product then I'd probably like it more.

But it was gentle and not oily, which I appreciated.

I like that it is very gentle on the skin and did not irritate my eye. It was effective in removing my makeup in just a few swipes with a cotton pad. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to try a micellar water.
