I can see why some people say it is similar to the Bioderma. I use this as a toner and/or cleanser in the morning before I start doing my makeup. I do agree with the claims that it doesn't dry out the skin too much unlike some cleansers. However, I did have to rub a bit when I swatched some eyeliners on the back of my hand to test out how well it would remove it; enough that I would not feel comfortable applying the same pressure on my eyes to remove the liner. For the price, it isn't too bad as it is cheaper than the Bioderma for about 100ml less.

I was very excited to receive Garnier SkinActive Micellar Water to try. When I first saw this I was surprised how big this bottle is. Other Micellar Water bottle are usually about 200ml but this is 400ml, twice as much and for approximately for the same price or less. One product I received is the All-In-1 cleansing water that removes makeup + cleanses + refreshes. I had no problem squeezing the solution out of the bottle. After saturating a cotton pad with the Micellar Water and watch my makeup wipes away. It left my face feeling soft, clean, and makeup free! Even it said I don't need to rinsing the water off, I still need to wash my face even I used Micellar Water. There is no alcohol so it is safe to use on sensitive skin. It is so gentle that it feels like I am using water.

Garnier's SkinActive Micellar Water is a very interesting product - well-priced too! The first brand to my knowledge that made micellar cleansing waters was Bioderma - however, I was always well-aware of how pricey it was. Savvy shoppers all over can now rejoice over Garnier's version! While I've never tried another micellar water for comparison's sake, I can say that this stuff is great. It feels just like water, has no detectable scent, and is effective in removing makeup. I still use a tiny bit of cleanser after, but that's just me. And so long, makeup wipes that leave a residue! On those nights when you're way too tired to bother with your foaming cleanser, here's your hero. Just a couple gentle swipes over your face, and you're good to go!

I really don't know how to say this without sounding like a crazy lady, but this is the best face product I have ever used in my entire life. If it was up to me, I'd call this Miracle Water.

I noticed a result immediately upon using it. I'd never heard of Micellar Water before, but after being given the chance to test this by Chickadvisor, I looked it up. I'm normally quite sceptical of products that are 'scientific' finding them to not live up to their claims, but this experience was the complete opposite.

Unlike with my regular cleanser using the Micellar Water at night, my skin didn't feel stripped or overly clean, but lovely and soft and refreshed. I love, love, love that you can use it over your eyes and most especially, your lips. I have real problems with dry, indented lips and I noticed a massive improvement in just one week.

While this micellar water isn't supposed to remove waterproof makeup as well, I found it removed it even better than my regular oily brand on makeup remover, without the need to rinse my face after. I was absolutely astonished that it only took two wipe overs with cotton wool pads to remove almost all of my extremely heavy, waterproof makeup from an artistic photoshoot I did.

I will absolutely continue to buy this and recommend it to everyone I know. My husband has always had terrible problems with peeling skin on his nose and dry lips and cheeks during the harsh Quebec winters. We've tried so many face creams and none seem to solve the problem. As I was so impressed with this, I thought there was no harm in him trying it too and after only a week there is no more visible peeling on his face. I absolutely cannot say enough good things about the Micellar Water. Simple Amazing.

I was very happy to try and review Garnier Micellar Water. I like that it comes in a generously sized bottle (400ml) and is affordable. With the squirt top, I could easily put a good amount on a regular sized cotton pad. It was quick and easy. I liked that it removed all of my make-up very easily.
When I checked in the mirror, I could see that there were no traces of my make-up.
I also liked that it was not drying on my face.
I liked that it felt very refreshing on my face. My face felt a lot softer and very clean.
It is a very nice change from other make-up removers currently on the market. Another great product from Garnier.

I received this product to try, courtesy of ChickAdvisor. This is the first time I try a micellar water. I was pleasantly surprised. Removes makeup easily and leaves skin clean and soft. Usually I take off my waterproof mascara with eye makeup remover, but with the active micellar water Garnier SkinActive, everything comes off like a charm! I recommend this 100%!

This micellar water is exactly like the more expensive Bioderma. It does everything I want it to do! It easily removes makeup, dirt, and oil and leaves my skin feeling fresh and clean. It works better than just about any other product at removing waterproof mascara. One of my favourite thing to do is cleanse my face with my regular cleanser and then use this micellar water to clear up any leftover makeup on my face.

This Micellar Water is a great alternative to creamy face cleansers.

At night, I normally use an alcohol based cleanser and separate eye makeup cream remover.

It has no scent, and is as thick as...well...water!

With the Micellar Water, I was able to remove both facial AND eye makeup fairly easily. Using a face pad, Just apply a little bit of the water, and smooth it over your skin.

For my eyes, I have to scrub a little bit more intensely, and it takes a bit (2 coats of mascara), but it doesn't leave my eyes stinging or burning.

Afterwards, my face dries within a minute or two, and it doesn't feel dry like it normally does after using an alcohol-based cleanser.

Due to the minimal amount of water required, this bottle should last quite a while, thus is a great price point for its large size.

Cette eau micellaire est simplement parfaite . Elle est très agréable à appliquer , n'ai aucun fini graisseux qui reste après le nettoyage et surtout elle laisse une belle sensation de fraîcheur sur la peau.

Elle enlève bien le maquillage ( j'étais sceptique à la base) ...

C'est vraiment un atout à posséder dans sa trousse de soin beauté et à intégrer à sa routine de soins de peau .

It's a big bottle!! Compared to all other makeup removers.

It says no rubbing which is true for the most part. Although you DO have to rub a tiny bit for hard to remove mascara!!
