Remove makeup: It'll remove most makeup off your skin (mostly face), but it has a hard time with anything on the eyes. Specially if it's long-lasting or waterproof. Too much rubbing to remove my eyeliner and mascara.

Cleanse: This does not replace your cleanser/regular washing routine! This is to be used as part 1 of a 2-step cleaning process or on those days where you 1) are too exhausted to fully & properly wash your face so need something quick to remove most of the stuff you got on or 2) are too sick to do anything but want a quick way to get a cleaner feeling face.

Refresh the skin: Yes. Perfect to use in the middle of the day (when you're not wearing face makeup) to quickly refresh your skin (goodbye mid-day summer-time oilyness!)

It does not leave behind any residue, and I don't feel the need to rinse my skin. Personally, this works just as well as the Bioderma, but at a MUCH lower cost (and you get more). As a beauty blogger, I'd probably use this to remove swatches or to quickly undo & redo my makeup (except the eyes, since this does not work on my eye makeup).

I noticed in stores they do have a version what's supposed to remove waterproof makeup, so I'll give it another go.

What a great product. I was comparing this to the Simple brand micelles water and I think this is a much better value. You get so much more product for the same price and I really enjoyed using it. It has become a staple in my routine!

Very happy with this product. I've used other types of micellar water in the past and have found that they didn't remove makeup very well. The Garnier micellar water wins in this respect. I also quite like using the product on days that I'm not wearing makeup; it removes shine and leaves my skin feeling and looking fresh.

I think the price tag is spot on for the quantity.

First off for the price this is VERY affordable. Its a very big bottle and it cost only $9.99

When I tried it, i compared it with my other japanese make up cleanser that is also micelllar and I would say this it works as well as the one that I purchased from Japan. It is unscented *which I love*.. and it really does feel like water when you wipe it on your face, BUT with the power of removing all your make up! I did a test and wiped it again and it pretty much removed most if not not all of my make up!

Totally worth it and would buy it next time!

This I was impressed with for the price! I've been trying out these new drugstore Micellar waters now that they are all coming out, hoping I will find one that I like more or just as much as my Bioderma. Well this is the closest one yet! Huge bottle, like the cap and “spout”. It works, there's no real scent and doesn't dry out my skin while doing it's job! I've been finding a lot of other brands have been drying out the area around my eyes and this one doesn't. Mainly impressed how well it takes off stubborn mascara, as some of my “brand name” waterproof make-up removers won't do it. I'm quite curious to see how the “waterproof” version of this works.

This is such a great idea ! A cleansing Micellar Water that does it all with no rinsing. What a time saver for busy women always on the go. I really loved #Garnier (SkinActive Micellar Water). This is the first cleansing "water" from Garnier and it is hard not to compare with Bioderma. Very effective to remove all the makeup with 2 cotton pads, similar to Bioderma. Cleansing effect is quite impressive and skin feels refresh (after a minute or so, not immediately). However, when I squeeze the cotton pads, it has some white foam coming out. Looks like soap?? And composes more than "water". That's the reason why my pores do not feel breathable, as the way I use Bioderma. Considering the price of this product, it costs 50% less than Bioderma but achieves 80% of the work which is very competitive in the "water" market.

I normally buy Bioderna but I was out so I gave this one a try. I really like it. I am sensitive to some products even the Bioderna makes my eyes burn sometimes but this product is good. I would definitely buy this again. I would have never known about this product if it wasn't for Chickadvisor because I usually order the same products online.

Love this product noticed that i dont hafta scrub the makeup off or rub it off . This product is way more impressive then my normal product i use love how its easier to use . Yes ill def recommend to friends .

I was very happy to have received this product from the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. I was uncertain as to how well this product would work due to the product name and advertised benefit of no rinse as it is a product that removes makeup. I tend to always rinse after I use my makeup removers as well as use a cleanser afterwards, mostly due to the makeup remover not doing its job fully of removing makeup entirely. However, I was happily surprised that not only did this product remove my make up entirely, but indeed felt like it cleansed at the same time; therefore, did not use a cleanser and my face felt refreshed. I was skeptical not needing to rub at all or rinse my face afterwards at the times when i did not hop in the shower, but I've come to enjoy this hassle-free product. How great it was to not having to use another product to remove more makeup and cleanse and simply use a moisturizer on top of it or leave it as is. I would definitely purchase this product in the future and recommend it to a friend. I find the price very affordable, especially for the size. It is a huge bottle and i have spent just a few dollars less for a makeup remover less than half its size, did not have the cleansing/refreshing feature, and let alone didnt even serve its purpose. This product also surprised me with how hydrated my face felt once used and made me comfortable with not needing to moisturize. I am happy this product will also last for a while!
